TMCC’s William N. Pennington Health Science Center at Redfield provides a seamless college education to Northern Nevada students: TMCC offers lower division courses (freshman and sophomore level classes) and UNR offers higher division courses (junior and senior level classes), allowing students to complete Associate’s and Bachelor’s Degrees at one facility.

TMCC’s Health Science Center offers nursing, veterinary technology and general education courses such as biology, core humanities, English, math, philosophy and speech communications.

Students can complete an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or an Associate of Applied Science in other fields such as Radiologic Technology, Veterinary Technology, or a Skills Certificate in Certified Nursing Assistant. Also available are student support services such as tutoring, academic advisement and library access at the Redfield Campus.

Truckee Meadows Community College is a comprehensive community college located in Reno, Nevada, and is part of the Nevada System of Higher Education. The College serves more than 25,000 students each year in credit and non-​credit programs at five educational sites and more than 20 community locations.
