Never call for information. You begin at a call center where your name, number and address appears on their screen. From there you are passed from the initial intake worker to an «adviser» who has no information about the campus or programs in your area. You wait while they slowly switch from one computer screen to the next looking for information without ever finding it. I had ONE question, how many credits would they accept from UNR … I never got an answer. When I pressed, the young man just kept pushing about taking classes online since he didn’t know if my local university of Phoenix offered campus learning. If my experience on the phone was anything to go by, I would not recommend trying to get a degree from this for profit«school».
