York and Reynen Custom Homes

I purchased a new home in Sparks built by this company. Word of warning beware these people they are horrible builders. My house had the following installed improperly: sewer ejector pump, hot water heater, floor tile, window, patio, deck, landscaping, fence, door handles, CAT5 and cable wiring, cabinets driveway pavers (two different colors believe it or not) and much more. Even the things they have repaired they have done poorly. For a year they told us some of the things were fine until I finally gave up and have had to pay myself to fix them. The owner Chris York and their subcontractors will lie to your face without hesitation. They are currently building a house next to me and have already messed that one up cutting windows in the wrong place and having to redo concrete footings for the deck. If you do business with them you will need to check everything prior to contract.
