My anxiety level about dentists is beyond words. So when I needed to have a root canal done, needless to say I was in tears. Dr. Susan Roberts and her staff were amazing. They explained the procedure, what I would feel, wouldn’t feel, and/​or should feel. The assistant was so kind, gently rubbing my shoulder now and then, and both Dr and assistant constantly asking how I was doing. The procedure was quick and effortless as root canals go LOL. Their understanding and concern put me at ease just a few minutes in. I have worked in a medical office for nearly 25 years and both the assistant and Dr’s bedside manner was awesome! I would recommend Dr Roberts wholeheartedly and wish she could do all my dental care. :)

I needed to get a root canal done ASAP due to tooth pain. My general dentist got me scheduled for a consult the same day and I was able to get the root canal done just a few days later. I work in the dental field and I am exposed to this treatment almost daily. Getting it done yourself is another story. I was very nervous as it was my first one. Not to mention that I am pregnant as well. Dr. Roberts did an amazing job! I didn’t feel anything, she was extremely thorough and precise. I would recommend her to anyone needing a root canal. I am very pleased with the treatment that I have received here.

I haven’t taken the best care of my teeth over the years. Sometime last year I broke my tooth (a lower molar); my terror over having drills and needles in my mouth led me to endure the pain until I no longer could. I had to bite the bullet and get it taken care of. I was referred to Dr. Roberts by Dr. Kim’s office (see my review on 4^th & Morris Dentistry!), and I have to say Dr. Roberts is an actual magician.
An ACTUAL magician. She probably moonlights as one.
Let me tell you, I left her office after my root canal feeling footloose and fancy free. I even got a compliment on the root canal by the dental assistant who helped me with my final crown. She said it was the most beautiful root canal she’d ever seen (and that makes me a pretty princess, doesn’t it?)
All joking aside, Dr. Roberts is amazing. Her team is amazing. The office is clean and pleasant with really great views of bustling Renton. The procedure didn’t take long at all, all things considered. I will forever recommend this office to absolutely anyone who needs a root canal done. They were gentle, welcoming, and professional without making me feel like a shmuck for not taking care of my teeth.

I had a great deal of trauma to my mouth over the years. I don’t trust dentist therefore to be truthful I haven’t gone. It has created such pain before. Not any more. Dr. Susan Roberts in the Renton office has restored my faith in going to the dentist. Her understanding and compassion made my three hour appointment for a root canal as pleasant as it could be. Her staff in the office were such as incredible. The front office was so compassionate and understanding. Explaining everything with a smile and an understanding attitude. Dr. Roberts assistant often would lend a hand on the shoulder to let you know she was right there and everything was going okay.
I am not sure about the other location, but I know that if you need work done you honestly should make an appointment with Dr. Roberts. You will not be sorry. The professionalism in the office is something that should be the model for other offices.

I just got a root canal done here today, I was referred by my regular Dentist. I could not have had a better experience. Very little to no pain involved, professional and friendly Endodontist and staff, and I was in and out of there in about two hours. I would definitely go again if I had a dental issue that required it.

Renton and Bellevue Clinic are run in a haphazard manner.
IMO, Prices are more expensive than other comparable doctors in the Seattle/​Eastside region.
Front desk is very rude.
My experience was that the clinic is more concerned about payments than customer satisfaction. To be fair, I got the feeling that people at Walmart would have trusted me more than this clinic. :(
The doctor conveniently bailed himself out and let the front desk go on and on about the terms and conditions.
I am done with this clinic and do not recommend them to anyone. Check other clinics in the area for options

Dr. Kenji Beppu performed an emergency tooth repair on my 10 year old son’s front tooth. He fixed my sons tooth, along with a root canal.
This office is very clean and modern. The receptionist is very friendly. I highly recommend this location over the BEL-​RED location.

What a great office! The staff was wonderful! I really loved that my insurance benefits were figured out before I even got to the office! When I arrived I was told how much a root canal would cost and how much my insurance would pay and of course how much I’ll owe. I was worried about feeling pressured into a root canal since I signed a consent form at the front. That wasn’t the case at all! The Dr. I saw was doctor Roberts and she was so conservative and informative! She made me feel like I had choices and really wanted me to understand before we went ahead with treatment. I’ve been telling everyone about this place and that it makes root canals so easy! Oh and did I mentioned they have any juice you could ever want!

Even though I got two root canals today, I really enjoyed this location. It’a very clean and up to date on their technolgy ect. I filled out my new pacient forms on a touch screen laptop, had my x~rays done with a portable machine and was numb and ready to go soon after. Dr. Karim did my root canals. He was very gental yet efficient. He was kind and made sure I was comfortable. They offered me something to drink before the procedure and had ibprophen and a warm cloth to wipe my face with right after. I felt like a V.I.P. The hygeinist was very kind as well and made very at ease during the scary (for me) numbimg part with the big needles and what not. I managed not to cry so that’s a plus. Well if I ever need a root canal (hopefully never) I’ll be coming back here for sure.
