These guys did a great job on our Chrysler T&C. We have three kids and lots of places for fries and crayons to fall and plenty of windows to smudge. Work was done on a timely basis and delivered as promised. Only complaint was the inside of our windshield wasn’t quite as clean on both sides as it should have been. Nonetheless, we immediately made another reservation for another vehicle and plan on taking a third in shortly. Management is great. Facility is very clean and professional. $ value is good. Highly recommend.

After neglecting our Truck for a couple years we took it to Performance to get a Gold Package detail. It turned out so good we decided to get our other vehicle done as well. Making the appointment was simple and the key drop box made it convenient for our busy schedules. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Had detailing done, mid-​level package that included treating scratches and marks on exterior. As promised, it looks brand new. I am thinking about selling and wanted to get the best trade-​in value I could. If I do, I’m sure that I will more than get my money back. He was able to remove some paint transfer I thought wasn’t coming off and to improve the appearance of some other minor damage. And the interior looks like a picture in a brochure.
The experience itself was also excellent. Rob is very personable and down to earth. I really like supporting a small business where you are talking directly to the owner. Dropoff and pickup times were as promised, 9 a.m. and ready about 3:30 p.m.
The only comment I’d make is that the product smell inside the car is very strong. I hope that it will dissipate quickly. I haven’t had a car detailed before, so I don’t have anything to compare it to. This is probably to be expected when all surfaces have been so thoroughly conditioned. As I said, it looks great. I’ll be back.
Update 2÷15÷2016 — As a followup to the question of the product smell dissipating, here’s how it turned out. Within 10 days, it was fully dissipated. I don’t even drive my car every day – more or less three days a week. I believe if it had more opportunities for frequent air transfer rather than sitting closed, it probably would have lasted less than a week.

Great experience! I would definitely recommend Performance. I’d never taken my SUV to a detail shop so after looking at reviews and calling around to get price quotes, I decided to give them a try. My SUV looks amazing! The outside was fairly dirty as I run it through the carwash maybe monthly at most. The electric blue paint looks brand new after the detail plus they fixed the one scratch that really stood out. Really appreciate that they were honest in explaining the fix wasn’t a permanent solution and would need redone occasionally. The tires and any other rubber on the outside is spotless. The inside wasn’t too dirty so will definitely return in summer for carpet/​upholstery shampooing. Performance made the dash, door panels, etc (all surfaces that aren’t carpeted/​upholstered) look factory new. They even had wipers to fit and installed them; really a nice surprise and less expensive/​less hassle then purchasing at an auto parts store. I have a dog that sheds quite a bit and they were even able to get all the fur vacuumed out. The prices are more than reasonable. They have a few different packages plus some ala carte items. Prices are reasonable enough that you could schedule seasonal details. Give these guys a call; you will be amazed!

Well done! I had stains and dirt all over the interior of my 4-​year old minivan. I thought that some of the stains would be really tough to remove. To my surprise, my minivan’s interior is as clean as new! I also had exterior job done. Rob did a great job removing scratches from the paint. I highly recommend the service.

I brought my 2004 SUV in for full detail and they did an fabulous job. It had not been done in years, but they were able to make it look like it had been done regularly all these years.

Wow! that’s all I can say. He made my truck look like it just rolled off the showroom floor. It’s a 2004 and has not been a garaged vehicle. Don’t hesitate to give him a call you will not be sorry and he is prices are very reasonable for all the work that is done.
