Bad bad bad bad rude rude rude rude customer service by the assistant manager !
I am an avid shopper here and I did a whole house design out of thrift stores yet I have 3 items that I am 2 days late with and the «distant manager «refused to take it back .
My company is doing a design project for habitat for humanity out of good will and this is not the treatment I expect .
I am going to another store now. Taking all my receipts from last year and this year !
Her tone of voice and attitude was unacceptable !
I never ever ever come back to this store.

I came in here the other day to donate some clothes and some what older electronics and I cannot believe how rudely I was treated.
The store was a mess. It looked empty and from what I could see everything looked marked up and kind of expensive.
An overall disappointment!
I will be taking my things from now on to Hope of the Valley.

Went today just to donate a couple of bags of clothes. I called first they said to come around the back. The lady working there greeted me, and wrote me a receipt and thanked me for donating. I couldn’t see her name tag, but she has some pretty awesome decorated nails. Its in the parking lot with Jon’s market, and many other businesses, so it can get busy with cars. I did not go into the store so not sure about that part.

Oh Goodwill, where have you been all my life! I went looking for some t-​shirts to cut up for the summer and I stumbled upon a lot of real gems, from dresses, to blouses, to skirts. I am never shopping at a retail store for clothes again. This particular Goodwill is my favorite in the valley. Big parking lot, super organized, nice staff, and of course, killer prices.

Lots of great things, prices are reasonable. If you have pacience you can find name brand stuff in very good condition.

Honestly, one of the best thrift stores I’ve been to. It’s actually pretty neat and doesn’t have clothes, toys, books, etc on the ground. First, it’s a pretty medium-​sized goodwill, as you will see many clothes and furniture. Second, many of the clothes are name brand, which is a plus. Lastly, there is a 99 cent store next door, so you can shop for clothes, shop for groceries, then go home. Hey, you get a great deal as it’s all cheap. I love it, and would recommend it to others– well unless you want to keep a great secret ;$)

If you love shopping at thrift stores then you will LOVE this Goodwill. It is by far the best one in the valley area, or of any I’ve been to. Very sweet, helpful. friendly staff, lots of parking in front and back, surprisingly large number of name& high end brands, clean, organized, fitting rooms, reasonable prices, and just tins and tons of new items daily. Great Great Great, and I frequent a lot of thrift stores.

One of the cleaner and more organized goodwill stores I have been to in a long time…
Way better then most salvation army stores…
Always on the look out for that rare item that I can flip or trade in for something I actually want… No luck today even though I did find a nice wooden box that use to hold two bottles of Rothschild Wine…

Like most Goodwills, this location is clean and pretty well organized. Prices could be better, particularly on kitchenware. Employees are helpful but refuse to budge on prices even on items that are obviously damaged.

Husband and I shop her frequently. We have found other Goodwill’s to be much more organized and cleaner.
Many broken items here due to the lower middle class residence whom inhabit this area and feel this is a playground for their many children that PURPOSLY go unattended. YEP… they see their children destroying things then turn their heads quick!
They need to group the sets of glasses, dishes or whatever matches and sell them together not individually. :(
I find the Rescue Mission on Roscoe to be a real score for housewares, clothing and furniture… they will dicker.
Goodwill will not come down on the prices even if the item is ripped, stained or broken. They offer ½ price on certain color tags of the week.
However, even arriving at the stores opening on the first day of the sale… these tags are far and few between. We feel that the store’s staff is allowed to pick through during closed hours the day before the sale… hence nothing left come the day on the new color tag sale??? Staff is friendly and helpful…

Knick knacks at the goodwill, hell yah! Everyday there’s new things to rummage through. I find so many vintage pieces that I couldnt imagine finding them so cheap. The cutest gold magazine rack for 3 bucks! If you keep your eye out and shop frequently you can find some decent furniture from time to time.

Upgrade! Love love love goodwill. People throw away the most interesting things. Fashion rotates people and I’m scoring on all your fancy once overpriced goodies. There is also a cool selection of jewelry and trinkets in the front case. I found a turquoise necklace and my fave purple puff sleeved sweater here. I even found a screen printed pies patterned table cloth I made into a mini coat. Over all this place is miles up from when. they were on Reseda blvd. Near the laundry. Much more organized shelves and friendly service. This place is a crafter and thrifter dream spot.

The Reseda Goodwill that used to be on Reseda Blvd has moved to Sherman Way (next to the 99 Cent Store) and it’s much more organized and clean now. It doesn’t even smell (much) like a thrift store!
