These guys were very nice, but I’m afraid they don’t tell you the whole story. Ultimately, the sales rep got me what I wanted, but my next bill was $ 100.00 more. Surcharges and activation fees were not discussed. I asked repeatedly, «I am only getting charged an extra $ 20.00 right?» So, lesson learned. You can’t just take someone’s word and I should have done a little more research, but after spending an hour + in the store I just wanted to be finished with whole thing.

Preordered new iPhones at this location a few weeks ago and was told that the phones would be shipped on 10⁄7 and they would be calling me when phones got in. Got a call yesterday 10⁄11 asking if I wanted the phones because they have been there for a couple of weeks and I didn’t wanted they had people interested in them. So when went in this morning to pick it up the phones I had the worst service. First of all sales rep was super rude not even a hi when we walked in. He was with another costumer and when he finally decided to acknowledge us all he had to say was«do you have a quick question?» One of the phones wasn’t the right one I ordered we decided to keep it anyway but not even an apology. Sales rep never asked what data plan we wanted and didn’t explain anything to us. All he said was we had temporary numbers. We left the store with non working phones had to drive up to Saugus to the Verizon corporate to get help. My sister was on her way to get new phones at this place and I called her to not even bother. Hopefully I won’t have to ever go back to this place. Worst experience ever.

I meant to give this store a two thumbs up about a month ago when I went in there to make adjustments on my uncle’s account, but forgot. The gentleman(Kosmo) was very helpful. In fact, he assisted me for more than 30 minutes while I was on the phone in the store with the 800 customer service rep. Thank you very much. It could have been a headache, but it went along smoothly.

Sadly, the rep(young dark-haired guy at first desk) was condescending and was clearly not interested in assisting me. I returned to this specific store because of a previous positive experience with a great rep, John G. Sadly, I won’t return; this rep ruined it for me.

The sales Rep signed me up for insurance on my new phone and jetpack. It was unauthorized and I only found out about it 11 months later when looking at my debit card statement. Both the maim office of Verizon and Verizon’s official insurance company have no record of me in there system. Instead, and unbeknownst to anyone, they sent my billing information to a third party phone insurance company and didn’t tell me.

Switched from att and found my experience here to be exceptional. Went above and beyond what i would normally expect from a customer service experience. I have referred a few people since i joined verizon a few weeks ago and they have all said the same thing about the service in this store. I would highly advise anyone that is looking to get a fair deal and superior customer service to come to this store.

This review goes out to Julia and Cosmo. The best customer service experience I ever had at Verizon they did an amazing job assisting me with my teleporting. My phone number back to Verizon from AT&T i’ve been wanting to go back to Verizon for over three weeks but no one would take the time to assist me Cosmo and Julia have great customer service skills they took the time to wait on the phone with me and help me and every way they could. They even reset my phone and answered every question I had I am so thankful for people like Julia & Cosmo.
