The flavor of the month is German chocolate cake! Not that there’s that many days left this month lol. Haven’t been here in a while, but hasn’t changed much since the last time I’ve been. Came here after dinner and only one guy was working. Super friendly, helpful, and kind young gentleman. Sad I didn’t catch his name. Honestly though, it’s just another neighborhood ice cream store, but it’s been in the area for so long, it reminds me of my childhood whenever I do get the chance to stop by. They always have coffee(jamoca) flavor, which is one of my favorites! Was kinda disappointed by the New York cheesecake flavor, cause I was expecting cheesecake chunks, but nada :(

First time customer… My son received $ 20 in gift certificates(10 $ 2 gift certificates is how they come) for his birthday. Took him for ice cream after school, ordered $ 5.62 worth of ice cream. Presented the employee(Israel was his name) 3 $ 2 gift certificates. This is where it takes a turn. He tells me that they can only be used one at a time because their point of sale only allows one coupon at a time. I explained to him that nowhere on the gift certificate does it say that, mind you it is a gift certificate(should be as good as cash since they have been paid for) not coupon. After going back and forth for a minute, I give him my card for the remaining balance. He then charges my card for more than the amount and gives me back a receipt and a dollar bill stating that’s the only way he could make it work. What?!? Cut to the end, my son finishes half his ice cream. As we are leaving, I am holding the door open for my 5-year old, and the manager/owner walks into the establishment before my son has time to even walk through the door. Not to mention how utterly rude that is, he then doesn’t say thank you for me holding the door open. The audacity and lack of manners that someone in his position has at a place of business astounds me and I won’t be sad when that store closes it doors permanently.

My friend and I wanted to try this new fruteria but it closed early so we came here. Not sure what was up with homegirl, but she was super rude when I tried to order a single scoop in a fancy waffle cone(so that I could add gummi bears on top.) She just flat out said, «we dont have any fancy waffle cones» without apologizing and offering a substitute. She had the same attitude when I asked for a chocolate sprinkle cone I had seen in the display case. Will go elsewhere for sweets now.

over-priced and over-hyped. service was good, thus the second star.

Oh nostalgia, you brought me back to Baskin Robbins. This was my go to ice cream place for years. I went here as a teenagre back in the 90’s. Continued to eat here into my early to mid 20’s and the lost interest. It’s probably been a good ten years since I’ve been here. Looks like they have gotten some new wallpaper in that time but thats about all thats changed. They always have their core flavors, as well as seasonal varieties, and the flavor of the month. In addition to the variety of flavors they are famous for, you can have it served in a dish or cone. They have cake cones, sugar cones, and waffle cones, all of which are available plain or chocolate dipped. It’s a step above Dairy Queen, and a step below places like Cold Stone or Marble Slab. Nice place to sit down and enjoy a treat. There are a few tables inside as well as a couple tables outside. The strip mall it is in has seen better days, but this place seems to do pretty steady business.

Ice Cream shops are almost extinct now a days since the big Fro Yo Craze struck the nation. Thank goodness Baskin Robbins is still up and running. With their great logo showing 31(as in flavors) in their design to their bright colors. I gotta tip my hat off to them. The staff was slow, but super friendly and I have to say I don’t know how they stack the ice cream scoops that high. Super Impressive. I will stop back in the area.

Ice cream is good but the store is sooooo dirty and sticky and gross!!! Sorta makes you think about the quality and cleanliness of the food. Just clean the damn floors and tables.

Slow service, uncleanly store and poor value. Asked for a 2 scoop fudge sundae, was told they were out of fudge, after she scooped out the ice cream. I said I would just take the two scoops. She rang it up at $ 4 something, when I commented on the ‘two scoops’ being very little, she said they only used junior scoops for their sundaes. Ripped off … Will never go back!

I really don’t know what more to say about an ice cream place other than it has great flavors, but you can’t go wrong choosing Baskin-Robbins for ice cream. The one thing I can say is it looks a little dingy inside, could use a bit of a face lift.

Taste all the flavors, then choose chocolate peanut butter. It’s so good! This poor old building could use a remodel but it’s functional and delicious.

This ice cream shop has been the staple of this plaza for many many years. I come here for my ice cream fixin’ and can always trust in Baskin Robbins for the most unique flavors and coolest looking ice cream cakes!

I love ice cream as do my kiddos so let me start off by saying that they were in Heaven when they got to sample all of the flavors that their little hearts wanted. I was very pleased with the service we received the only downfall to this place was the atmosphere… I would have liked more space to sit and enjoy our ice cream but since we live in the neighborhood it was not a problem the kids got to enjoy their treat on the way home. Great place to go if your undecided on what flavor of ice cream to get! :)

I really consider Baskin-Robbins and Ben & Jerry’s as the same thing, just different names for the ice cream. Always a good place to go to get some unique flavors or ice cream cakes.

Chances are, most Unilocalers have been to Baskin Robbins at least once in their lives… Am I right? This chain is massive and stretches all across the US. While the cones and sundaes are delicious, I’d prefer to go some place else to fulfill those cravings. They blow similar desserts out of the freezer! If you are a fan of ice cream cake, find a reason to buy one from Baskin Robbins immediately. Both this and the now almost defunct TCBY bring back childhood memories… and I’d say it does the same for any other child of the 80s. Baskin Robbins serves up a mean cup of ice cream. They do ice cream and cakes and now maybe a smoothie or two, but you won’t find any of that fancy mixin’ stuff here. Which I happen to prefer… call me an ice cream purist if you will.
