The Peanut Butter Powerhouse is amazing. I pretty much get one everyday. Great location and customer service.

Decent place. Seems way to disorganized. They don’t have the same Green smoothies as the one on Campbell… at least I didn’t see it posted on the menu.

I have been coming here for over 5 years. The service here along with the smoothies have been better here than anywhere else in the metroplex. They have a wide range of products to accommodate all walks of life. I would recommend this smoothie factory over any other in dfw. Service is A+ along with quality of smoothies! Store hours are 8 to 8 M-F. 8 to 7 Sat.

Went in and it is humid and sticky in there they do not turn on air conditioner. I was getting a $ 6 small drink and they carded me. It was my husbands card and he wouldn’t take it. I would understand if it was $ 20+ purchase but for a $ 6 small drink he was rude about not taking it. I will never go back

Very inconsistent! One time I have a great smoothie and the next time I’m drinking slightly flavored crushed ice. I think I get ripped off on my ingredients more times than not. There are much better locations.

Very crowded space due to all the supplements and vitamins. Been here a few times one was great the other two made me feel like I was bothering them. Product they make is good but lacking customer service and passion for helping people get healthy. Plenty of product just need a caring inviting feel.

No problems with the tasty Mango Smoothie and After Workout smoothies I purchased from this location. The interior space does seem a little tighter than other locations, and the shelves appear more cluttered and disorganized. I hardly frequent this site any more given that my workplace address has moved, but this Factory serves drinks consistent with my SF shops around DFW.

I live for and yearn for smoothies every day. Amongst all the players out there in the smoothie market, I enjoy and appreciate Smoothie Factory the most. They have a great selection of options and most everything i have tried is exceptionally tasty. I support Smoothie Factory… EXCEPT this store. The experience here has been so poor that i have made a point to avoid a location that is effectively walking distance from my workplace. Here’s my complaint. Outside of the fact that the smoothie quality(two visits/two different smoothies purchased) just seems substandard compared to every other store that produces consistent taste, the store This franchise screams of a gas station that gouges customers just because it can get away with it. All of their sizes are marked up from 50c to $ 1.50 from the standard prices that every other store or franchise charges. Also, they refuse to participate in repeat customer cooperative punch card program. This store has its own single store specific card. The last and final visit, i purchased a supposed specialty medium smoothie for $ 5.99, cookies and cream protein smoothie. While at this location the cost of this medium size was a sale item, other locations sell this size at around the same price. After obtaining their single store specific repeat customer punch card, i was surprised that the employee refused to punch the card because i had apparently received a discount by ordering this supposed sale item. What’s illogical about that rationale is that for one to receive a punch for the repeat customer card, one simply needs to order a small smoothie — $ 4.50ish at this store, $ 4.19 at others. Yet because i had received a concession from the MEDIUM size of a supposed dollar off, still paying $ 5.99, the employee refused to award a punch, based on management rules. Apparently an investment of $ 5.99 has less justification over a purchase of $ 4.50 for encouraging repeat visits. The swinishness persuit for profit margin at the expense of customer service at this establishment, while also delivering a substandard taste, encourages my not returning here.

I’ve been going to the Smoothie Factory on Greenville for awhile now and LOVE it(Just read my 5 star review of the place). This morning I went to this location since it was closer and ordered my usual. Now I realize that I’m partly at fault for not tasting my smoothie before I left the place… but I assumed since it is a chain that they would taste exactly the same. Boy was I ever wrong. There were two major flaws with my smoothie that made it undrinkable. The first was that they’d clearly not used the same ratio of fruits & sweetener that the other location uses. This one had much less flavor and wasn’t nearly as sweet. Additionally they’d added some kind of terrible bitter substance to it that made the thing horribly disgusting. At first I thought that maybe they hadn’t stirred up the caffeine boost I’d asked for… and maybe that stuff had a bitter taste. I tried sips from the top instead and tried to give it a good stir to no avail. The thing was so disgusting that I couldn’t drink it and threw the entire thing(minus the 3 – 4 bad sips I had). Since I was the ONLY customer in the place… the girl has no excuse for messing it up. I don’t know what the hell they put in that smoothie but it was terrible and I can still taste the bitterness on the back of my tongue as I write this… and it has been over an hour since I threw the thing away. I will not be returning to this location… the taste was so unpleasant that I gag just thinking about it.
