Rescue Air Heating & Cooling

My heat went out on the weekend. I heard from a friend to contact Rescue Air. He said they were awesome. They didn’t disappoint! Called them on Sunday to have them contact me on Monday regarding an appointment. They contacted me first thing Monday morning and gave me a 2 hour window. Not often you get a 2 hour window with most companies! The tech came out and diagnosed the problem promptly. He replaced the part and did some additional checks and preventative maintenance I would’ve never expected! And it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Super pleased with the service from beginning to end.

Not sure why the high rating. I live 5 – 7 minutes from their office and prefer to support a local business when I can so I called and asked for a quote for a system replacement. The phone call was answered but I was not contacted as promised. I emailed and requested a quote a couple of days later. No response. If you can’t respond to a simple response for a quote then I know all I need to know.

Roman was honest and upfront with the cost. He was on time. The repair didn’t take very long and the price was great a lot cheaper than other companies in the area. Rescue Air doesn’t charge overtime which is nice. I have an older system that requires freon and the charge was reasonable. I would use Rescue Air again.

The technician was professional and got the job done, but I feel the services were way overpriced. He was here less than 20 minutes and the bill was nearly $ 500. After pricing the parts online myself, they came out to about $ 75 for the two. $ 425 for 20 minutes of labor is excessive.

Really appreciate the help from these guys! My apartment has been messing around with my a/​c unit and been so unhelpful.
I called this company for advice and get an opinion from the experts. I wasn’t sure what they could really tell me over the phone but Josh was so helpful and informative. Not only did he give me insight on the probable issues with my unit, but he spent several minutes discussing them with me all for free.

These folks are amazing…
Had a couple of post-​installation issues and these guys were on it. They have come back to my house not once, but twice to make things perfect for us.
The first visit, they installed a new return in my living room to improve the airflow. That was supposed to happen on the install, but I didn’t want them here longer than they already were that original install day.
Fast forward to Monday morning at 5:30am. I noticed my master bedroom’s airflow was very light. I texted Roman about 6:30am and he texted me back at 7am saying they would be there today (Monday) and he would call me. We set their visit up from 6 – 7 and his installers were here right at 6 ready to see what was what. Well, part of the duct was kinked, and they fixed that. I was happy with that when the lead gentleman said they were going to go ahead and put another vent in my room. Thirty minutes later and they had that done.
So very happy right now. I love sleeping in a cold room. Our room is colder it has ever been. And, our house feels great as well.

Great customer service! As new home owners, we had to replace the original AC unit. Rescue Air was able to evaluate our issue the day after I called for an appointment and replaced our AC unit within 2 days! I will definitely recommend Rescue Air to my friends and family.

Great service and swift response. They did a good job identifying the problem walking us through what happen and what we can do so we don’t have problems in the future. They even gave recommendations on future improvements that we could do to save money.
Wi definitely use them again if we have problems.

I had a leak in my AC unit, since I’m new to Dallas I immediately headed to Unilocal to find someone to call. The great reviews made up my mind and Rescue Air Heating and Cooling had someone out the same day to look at my unit.
They figured out what was wrong in the blink of an eye and sent Josh out to fix it. He got the job done in just a few minutes and was extremely flexible when it came to my work hours and setting up a time to do the work.
Extremely happy with the service I got, I’ll be sure to keep their number on hand in-​case anything happens again.

The great reviews on Unilocal got me to call Rescue Air but their amazing customer service will keep me as a customer.
My a/​c wasn’t cooling well so I called to set up an appointment. They advised me someone would be out within 3 hours. Wow! It was already almost lunch and I really expected it to be the next day before someone could come. So this was the first pleasant surprise.
Within an hour and a half, Roman had called and advised he was about 25 minutes out and would be here shortly. Second pleasant surprise.
Roman arrives exactly as stated (which, by the way, was earlier than expected) and quickly and efficiently identified the problem. The end price was actually lower than his original estimate and was actually less than I was expecting overall. Third VERY pleasant surprise.

I have called on Rescue Air a couple times in the past few months when I was having thermostat and heating issue’s. The staff has always been top notch, professional and very courteous. I have dealt with many other «5 star» rated HVAC techs that I found on Unilocal and I had to deal with techs not showing up, and astronomical prices simply for coming out. Rescure Air was cheaper for both times they came out in a few months span COMBINED than it was for the other guys to come out once AND NOT EVEN PERFORM ANY WORK! The HVAC techs I had were all very knowledgable and on time. I highly recommend Michael and the guys over at Rescue Air not only for their benefit but for the benefit of fellow Unilocalers, I can’t say enough good things about these guys!

Woke up this morning with one of our heating units not working. Based on the Unilocal reviews called Rescue Air and within an hour and half Michael was at our door. Friendly, professional and overall amazing service and exceptional experience! Based on our experience, we signed a maintenance agreement with Rescue Air. Highly recommend them.

An update after my initial AC tuneup — I have had Rescue Air install a new air conditioning system at my rental property as well as replace the main board and another component in my home furnace. Both experiences were great — the owner (Michael) really took the time to explain things to me on both repairs and I felt well informed each time. I do not plan on using another heating/​cooling company as long as these guys are around.

Good service, reasonable price called them yesterday they showed up next day overall good service.

It’s going to freeze outside tonight. We’re having a birthday party for my one year old and the heater won’t fire up. Michael from Rescue HVAC came within a hour and diagnosed a significant need for repair, and the part isn’t readily available. It started working spontaneously after he hit it with a screwdriver a few times. He didn’t even charge a trip fee since he wasn’t able to fix it permanently today, and the house is warm for now. He gave me some honest information on a more permanent fix as well as new replacement options in the future. He is as honest and helpful as the day is long. I will be using Rescue for all future repairs as well as our future replacement system.

Called Rescue Air and Heating on Monday morning and Michael was at my house by 8:30am on Tuesday. Michael was very nice and professional. Didn’t over complicate the problem and gave me a very simple and straightforward solution.
All billing and scheduling is done digitally so no more illegible carbon paper receipts. Swipe your credit card right in front of you. They also run great specials so watch out for them on the web. Michael was kind enough to inform me of a special that would get me more service for less money even though I felt the original estimate was very fare.
So glad I found Rescue Air and Heating they’re the only company I’ll be calling from now on.

My AC unit was not cooling properly in my house and I gave Rescue Air a call after normal business hours. Within 2 minutes of calling their answering service, I received a phone call back to set up a service repair. Mike came out within the next hour and serviced my unit. He was very professional and extremely nice to myself and my family. Definitely plan on using their services again.
