History

Established in 1886.

Originally a Stagecoach Stop for weary travelers, the Taverne was a place for folks to get a cool drink and bite to eat. During the 1970’s — 1990’s Richfield hosted the Cleveland Cavaliers at the Coliseum, and players would often dine at the Taverne, Now owned by sisters Serena and Sonya Raybould, the Taverne is a hotspot for musicians and foodies alike.
