In addition our taxi services include round trip Richmond International Airport Shuttle, Non Emergency Medical Transportation, and Small Package Delivery. We support businesses of all sizes, and contracts are welcomed. Our expanding fleet includes Luxury Cars and Sedans as well as 6 and 7 passenger minivans. History

Established in 2011.

A P&T Cab LLC was formed by Patrick Shaver, and George T. Cherry as a partnership entity during the summer of 2011. The Richmond taxi cab company started off with one taxi cab. As time progressed demand increased and A P&T Cab LLC started expanding their fleet. More drivers were hired and more taxi cabs were placed into operation. Now A P&T Cab LLC has 10 drivers and numerous taxi cabs.

Business Owner

Patrick Shaver started to drive a taxi cab in January of 2011 in Richmond Virginia for another local Richmond taxi cab company. He discovered that he liked driving, and that he really liked to be around people. Patrick decided that he wanted to improve the standards of taxi service in Richmond Virginia. He decided that he was going to exceed the standards of customer service. One of Patrick’s friends by the name of George T. Cherry shared the same interest. The two young individuals decided to form A P&T Cab LLC as a partnership entity with the ultimate goal to improve the taxi cab and transportation industry in Richmond Virignia.
