Dunkin’ Donuts

Have been going here to get coffee. I LOVE that it has a drive thru. Every time I have been there have been short lines and I’ve never had to wait long. The mocha iced coffee is delicious and their service has always been on point. I prefer this over Starbucks!

I have always had great service here. Might be a bit slow but always tastes goo and is right.

When drivethru takes longer than walking inside, there’s definite issues. I wish I could say I am exaggerating but unfortunately I’m not. 20 minutes from queuing up to receiving my order. I ordered a small coffee and a cinnamon raisin bagel with butter. Finally got to the window and paid. At this point, 15minutes in. Got my coffee but bagel wasn’t ready yet?! Asked me to pull forward and wait… and wait… and wait. Employee came out and handed me my bagel. Spider sense tingled, pulled over and checked the bagel. Yup, plain bagel. Back inside we go where I proceeded to wait for the correct order. What sucks the most is that this isn’t the first time that something like this happens. See a bunch of new faces every so often. So I get that training new people can be time consuming, learning, growing pains. I get that. But this isn’t fucking rocket science. So I am at their mercy since the wife likes d&d and it is conveniently located to her work.

This location is awful. They’re incredibly slow, never get things right, forget things in orders, dont have a clue what they’re doing and don’t seem to care. The only reason I continue to give them business is because they’re the only DD in the area and I prefer DD coffee over anywhere else. That’s probably the only reason they stay in business.

I’m not sure what happened with everyone else, but every time I go there I always go in to order and everything runs smoothly. The workers are nice and make suggestions once in a while. The donuts seem to be consistent when I get them

I had a very different experience than most everyone else… but mine has to do w/​/​great customer service. I wanted a chocolate donut w/​yeah, you know if you read my reviews, I love chocolate, soooo I wanted chocolate icing on it… they were sold out. It was late in the day. The young man behind the counter recommended he’d put chocolate icing on the donut. I ordered 4 to go. As I was leaving I though… coffee! I quickly ordered a small to go… he recommended to me I could have a large coffee for the same price… duh me!!! So, you don’t always have to 100% in stock to get a really good review from me. Reg, the employee, if you ever read this or anyone from DD, this is a review about terrific customer service. I would have NOT bought even one donut nor coffee. Ah, yes, double chocolate donuts.

Hard to review a place that is closed. Might want to go elsewhere.

Terrible! I love dunkin donuts so I gave them multiple chances… Out 8 times they mest up my order 6… And this location has terribly rude employees! On several occasion I’ve waited more than 5 minutes before even being acknowledged… Go elsewhere this locations is awful

Based on a variety of factors I’ve gotta throw this place under the bus. I know this is petty but I’m not an advocate of employees boyfriends hanging around, napping at tables, or showing tons of PDA during shifts. It’s just highly inappropriate, and I know it’s only a Dunkin Donuts but it’s still a bit bothersome.
Service… friendly but a mess. Dirty shirts are a huge pet peeve of mine as I feel your appearance displays your quality of product. To top the dirty shirt, never, ever, ever, ever try and make a customer feel bad about not wanting to donate $ 1 to whatever cause you’re pushing.
Donuts… gross. The Red Velvet cake was disgusting. The Pumpkin cake tasted more artificial than Koolaid. The Sugar Raised was far too dense for a yeast raised donut. The Sour Cream was ehhhhhh. The only edible donut I tried was the Cruller. It’s moisture content was OK, but there wasn’t enough icing or flavor to make this a desirable donut.

This was a great location to get food (e.g. coffee, munchkins, bagels) for customer events! Customers love the options and the food! I’ve done this a number of times and will continue to do so… and the iced coffee is wonderful as well.
