History

Established in 2001.

Greatwood Kwik Kar was established in 2001. When we built this shop to serve the local community in Richmond, TX, Canyon Gate was under construction, the strip mall across the street wasn’t there and our community was still growing.

We are proud to have been here for the past 14 years and still going strong.

Meet the Business Owner

Robert B.

Business Owner

Robert Brewster, a native Barbadian (island of Barbados) came to the USA in 1972. He attended Boston University and in 1976 graduated with a B.A. in Business Studies.

During the late 70’s and early 80’s he held professional roles with the University of Harvard and later was the Director of Payroll & Benefits Administration for the University of Houston.

In the mid 90’s he and his wife started Professional Nurses at Home Inc., a Home Health Care service that was committed to providing quality health care to people in their homes.

In early 2000, Robert acquired his first Kwik Kar in Pearland, TX, then his second in Sugarland, TX and then here in Richmond, TX.

He has since made Richmond his home, having resided here since 2002 and proudly retains his ownership of Greatwood Kwik Kar in Richmond, TX.
