Yikes. Unless you like bass pounding into your walls from next door bars, your deposit to vanish in unnecessary costs and dealing with obnoxious neighbors who lack common courtesy, I’d recommend staying away.
I reported several complaints regarding my loud neighbors (crappy club music pounding through thin walls and Call of Duty on surround sound), but nothing compares to my bedroom wall shared with Fallout and 25 Watt. 11pm on weeknights (usually Tuesdays) and weekends, all of a sudden my bedroom became a club. I slept so many nights with earplugs and earbuds. One night, I woke up to the asshole guy who lived next door abusing/​cursing his dog at 3am (called Animal Control and notified the property). So glad I’m out of there.
The slight upside — the amenities (gym membership, stainless appliances, washer & dryer) were nice, but I could live without them. Towards the end of my lease I kept getting billed (around $ 20 — $ 30) for overusing my electricity. Not sure how 1 tenant who is highly aware of usage and pretty green does this?
What really irked me was the move out process. As with any apartment, tenants clean it upon move out to get your deposit back. I cleaned for hours until the landlord (that’s Caleb and he’s pretty nice — I did enjoy him) and maintenance guy entered my apartment to do the final walk-​through when they told me to stop cleaning because they always hire a service to do professional cleaning and deducted it from your deposit … $ 100. I couldn’t believe this wasn’t mentioned before. As with any moving day, it is chaotic and I was furious that all the work I did to get it spotless was all a waste.
When I got my deposit back (around 30% less), I was given a ridiculous list of charges and labor fees from repairing holes/​dents in walls, flea bombing, scuff marks and replacing a door handle I already advised them was broken months ago (didn’t break this — just a crappy handle). I live cleanly and couldn’t believe nearly $ 250 was swiped from my deposit. They also lied to me as to the date when they mailed the deposit check.
I would not ever advise renting here. It’s too expensive too — $ 1,100 a month to live in a windowless apartment surrounded by noise and rude people. No no no.

Can I give this place negative stars??? I have never lived in a place where the office is so rude and unhelpful. They will try to squeeze you for every penny you have. They advertise «all utilities included», but my wifi has not worked for months and they refuse to fix it. Instead they give me the number to the company itself, which is IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with. So they charge you for wifi, even if you do not have the service (and they have the nerve to tell you it is your problem). I would not reccommend this place to anyone. Also, if you value your privacy you should not live here. They have come into my apartment an excessive amount of times for «minor» things, when they had said move-​in ready. When maintenance has entered my apartment, they twice left my door unlocked. Completely unsafe… I will not be renewing my lease! Run as far as you can!!!
