Vista On The James

I’ve lived here for the past 3 years and I absolutely love it. It’s a convenient walk to the hospital (where I go to school) and many areas of Shockoe Bottom. It is safe and (mostly) quiet. People are always impressed when I bring them over, saying this is the nicest place they have seen in Richmond. A few caveats– parking is a problem if you want to have guests over. There is a lot outside that used to be free, but is now paid. The other major issue is that the south-​face of the building faces a train track that happens to be quite loud at night and on the weekends. Make sure to rent/​buy on the city-​facing north side of the building!
