The owner Carmen was a Chiropractic assistant for 10 years.

Has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 15 yrs and has a real passion & experience in deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point therapy, and many more. Enjoys helping clients to reduce aches and pains or simply relax from certain muscular, tendon and ligament disorders.

I’ve been seeing Carmen since her very first location off of Irving Park Rd in Chicago about 8 – 10 years ago. I now live in Mundelein, and people think I’m nuts driving an hour for an massage. However, truth is she cant be touched. She knows how to remove the knots from my back like none other. I’ve been to tons of massage places from Chicago to Las Vegas, and I keep coming back to LTS for a reason. You want the best? Well, here she is, her name is Carmen!

I had a 45 min «Latin special»
massage with Gabby. I booked last minute to help me with a stiff neck. I was happy they were able to see me on short notice. I was looking for a bit more attention to the neck and shoulder area that were bothering me, so I was sure to tell her why I came in and where it hurt. At times it seemed like she was avoiding that area. Also, I did not care for the elevator music playing in the background, but I was glad to have it because you could hear a TV playing in the back of the store. Upon reflection, I think this place really tailors to men’s needs ;-)

I started as a client of Carmen’s at her previous location in the city. She is still the very best at providing a professional, relaxing, and deep massage that makes your body feel so much better and relaxes your mind. She is so beautiful and charming, that you feel like you have known her forever. She and Gabby work well as a team. They seem to remember everyones name who comes in. Greeted with a warm smile by a woman who is always dressed in a stylish manner, soothing music, good conversation and an amazing massage.
