Visiting from out of state and we found a little gem when all 5 of us walked in for a mani/​pedi. Staff was great and so kind! Thank you Bella Nails & Spa!

Nancy and Tim are great for gel pedicures. There is a lady Lisa who keeps me from visiting here more frequently. She’s rude, on her phone when she’s doing people’s pedicures and skips steps (didn’t cut down the nails or remove the dead skin) She even was talking crap about a customer. The power went out and this customer only had a card so she left and said she’ll be back. The worker started saying she wouldn’t come back, she just walked out (not her fault the power went out and she didn’t have cash) anyway about thirty minutes later the customer walked in and paid her bill. I looked at Lisa and told her «see don’t judge people based on their skin color» I then told the girl how I thought she was a great person for coming back to pay. Lisa is horrible and I’m finally complaining. If you want a great pedicure ask for Nancy but don’t bother with Lisa

Ken is so amazing, I love how he makes my nails look like perfection. I got a full set from him and he totally was worth the wait. Next time I am just going to make an appointment with him :) He shaped my nails perfectly and paints them so perfectly so they look beautiful.

New to the area, I have been there three times previous and always with the owner, on my fourth visit, I come in on a Sunday, I sit down with feet in water, girl starts to drill of my pedicure which is gel and then puts the polish remover with the foils on my feet. I had been there for maybe 10 to 15 minutes… I’m excited to pick out a new color when the girl working on my toes tells me the owner isn’t there today and they couldn’t take me because they were too busy with appointments coming in. REALLY?!? My feet are in the water with the gel half drilled off and half soaking in the foil and you just now telling me that no one has time for me?
I grabbed my bag and walked out with half drilled toes and sopping wet feet!
I will never go there again! The owner is great but when she is not there, watch out… the other three don’t give a care!
Worst customer service ever! I had to drive around and eventually find someone that could take me late afternoon on Sunday, not easy especially that I’m new to the area.

So glad I decided to give Bella Nails a try. I am very pleased with my small white tip full set from Ken and pedicure by Lisa. By far the best service I’ve received in the Riverside/​Moval area.

Had an OK pedicure. Took a long time, in the chair for over an hour. Good location, clean and seemed to be busy.

So I go into Bella Narls and Spa and tell them that there are 4 all together, and the man tells me they are all booked up for today. There are only two other customers in there, and another lady and himself were just standing there. 1^st impression is key, at least look busy.

Been to this place once before and was a 4star experience which is why I came back again
This time I don’t know what happened. I mainly came in for the callus removal but I still have pretty bad calluses and her attempt to remove it was pretty pitiful compared to many other experiences I have had.
This lady also ended up cutting me twice. I knew it hurt and thought she was just close to my skin. However when I got home I noticed I actually had pretty big cuts on my big toes. And it hurts pretty bad. I just pray that I don’t get an infection but I also will not be coming back

After a wonderful experience on my previous visit it all went downhill. Made an appointment with Lisa and she was busy when I got there on time by the way. She asked if I could wait a little I let her know that if it was going to take a long time because I had somewhere to be at. To make a long story short she rushed and did a terrible job on my gel nails. I won’t be coming back.

Lisa, Trina and a guy (didn’t get his name) did a great job. They have a TON of gel colors to choose from. The only negative is short staffed. I had to have my mani and pedi done one after the other because they only had the three of them working. Took about 2 hours. Other than that it’s a great place.

I went to this nail salon after seeing the amazing reviews on this app & I’m happy I got them done there! I definitely will be going back, this will probably be my first choice for now on.
I called 3 days ahead and made an appointment to get my nails done for my second prom & requested for Ken. He was so nice and is very talented!
He got the coffin shape I requested so perfect! There wasn’t any bumps, bubbles, scratches, marks, ect. Nothing wrong with the nails at all.
Because it was for prom, I showed Ken a picture of some nails that I wanted him to copy the design & he told me he couldn’t do it because the design in the picture was done with a pen so I told him to do any design he wanted that he thought looked good & he almost mimicked the design from the picture to my right hand but he did it free hand with a thin tipped brush, it looks amazing & instead of copying the same design from my right hand to my left, he did something similar but original and also by free hand, it looked beautiful and both designs accent each other so well!

I usually don’t get my nails done in Riverside just because I’ve had a bad experience with many nail salons out here. BUT IF YOU ARE IN THE AREA YOU MUST GO TO KEN!!!
He was incredibly attentive and gentle when filing my nails and he was extremely precise when cleaning/​painting my nails. I had one broken nail so he took the extra effort to put powder on it. Looking through the pictures on Unilocal,it seems as though he can do nice designs as well. I opted out of doing any designs but I was extremely satisfied with my gel manicure. Gel manicure was $ 25 and I paid a little extra for my broken nail.
Only –1 star because I had to wait 40 mins after my set appointment time for 11:30. Other than that, I would definitely recommend Ken from Bella’s!

Things that I expect from a nail salon:
Clean floors/​chairs/​tables
Tools to be cleaned in between customers
Manicurist to listen to what it is that the customer wants rather than assuming they know best
For a gel manicure to not chip off within 24 hours.
Things I got from this nail salon:
The floors were pretty clean.
The chairs and tables had previous customer nail dust, and the nippers that the manicurist first attempted to use on me had skin/​cuticle left on them from a previous customer.
I asked for a particular nail shape (round) but instead got a crooked squared, for which she also filed away quite a bit of my nails on a couple of fingers.
Manicurist clearly had no idea how to use the lamp, and did not have an understanding that over-​curing is a problem for certain gels, and yet, under-​cured the other hand and ended up having to redo several fingers (twice).
Ended up in the salon for nearly 2 hours for a gel manicure (on previously unpolished nails), and one nail ended up chipping the next day, and by three days later, ⁸⁄₁₀ nails were damaged.
Called to see if they would repair, was told that I would have to pay for a whole new set.
Will not be returning.

Ken was amazing! He took time to make sure my nails were exactly how I wanted. I’m in love with my nails and couldn’t be happier. The salon was clean and very welcoming. Found my new nail salon

I found this place on Unilocal after getting tired of making appointments at my usual nail salon only to find out that my usual nail technician is not there. Got there right at 10 when they open and had read previous reviews so I asked for Ken. He took me right in and did such an amazing job on my nails. Extremely happy with the service I received as well as the warm greeting from the technicians. This place is very clean and very classy. Would never of thought there would be a place this nice in Moreno Valley. Will definitely be returning.

This is my second time going to Bella Nail Salon and each time I have left I couldn’t have been happier. Ken is great! He remembered from the first time I saw him exactly how I like my nails, length, shape, etc. I’m actually able to relax when Ken is doing my nails because I know I’m in good hands.

Thank you Ken for the amazing manicure! I really love my new stilletos! Lisa also did fabulous work on my French pedi! They both are gentle with nails.
Ken helped me choose the polish design after showing him a couple photos. He even drew it out first to show me what it would look like, which was great! He is an artist. The polish is perfect with nice straight edges and I can be wiggly!
In also picky with cleanliness. The salon was very clean. They have nice music playing, flat screen TVs’, cool A/​C, everything is new and modern. This was a great first experience here and I look forward to coming back with my sister! She enjoyed Maily. We both had a relaxing time and alot of fun too!

First time here and I loved it! I have not had my nails done in almost 2 years, after a bad experience at a different nail salon. But this place restored my faith in having a pleasant nail salon experience.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted, it was noon and only one other person in there so I was seated right away. They brought me some cold water and asked what I wanted to get done. I had an online picture on my phone of a color I wanted to try out and right away brought me exactly what I was looking for.
I forgot the name of the lady that did my nails but she had black Prada glasses. She was great! She took her time doing my nails. Was gentle no harsh filing or buffing. She was careful throughout the process and achieved beautiful rests. I am so glad I came here after a hiatus of nail salons.

This place is great! Brought my dad here for his birthday this morning and he’s been talking about it all day haha. He’d been going to that sad place in the chipotle/ralph’s shopping center on van buren but I refused today and looked this place up.
I haven’t been everywhere in Moreno Valley, but this is probably the best. The only gripe I have is this is on the expensive side, at least in comparison to Lindsey’s in Riverside. $ 25 for a spa pedicure which includes exfoliation, callous removal, opi available nail polish. Eh I guess that’s not too bad, I just know it’s possible to get great mani-​pedis cheaper at Lindsey’s.
The technicians were great, hardly spoke to each other so you don’t feel like they’re talking about you, unlike at horrible Cuccios. Yeah I’m calling you out Cuccios! If you’re by the Moreno Valley mall, there’s no contest, this is the best nail place.
Anyway, they’re really personable and funny and patient. They do really detailed work. The chairs are comfortable, the shop is cute, they have water bottles, great service, great products, they have great fragrances for their oils, and do real massages with hot stones and everything on your legs. You’ll feel great!
They’re all pretty too haha, if that matters, my dad sure liked it ;-)
