I have gone with CMX for services since 2012, back when I had my first little scooter. Usually the pleasant face I interact with is Brandon. He’s always been nothing short of kind and professional! This most recent time I had my Yamaha Majesty worked on was in the new shop in Riverside. If you’re looking to get outfitted with gear, don’t be fooled by the small selection of basics inside. I ordered from the catalogs and got my new helmets in two days. I honestly don’t see myself ever needing to take my business to anyone else, they deserve all the business they can get!

Don’t walk. RUN AWAY! This is the worst business that I have ever dealt with. I have 13 years of riding experience and this is most fraudulent and unethical shop I have ever come across. They damaged my bike and blamed me for it. Absolutely ridiculous! I will never deal with these racist people again. For your own sake, go anywhere else. Look at their positive reviews, all from new accounts. Learn from mine and others mistakes! Go anywhere else!!!

Took my brother’s Yamaha here and had the worst experience. Long story short, after picking the bike up he drove less than a mile down the road and it completely died out. Not only did a car hit him, but he was also left without any way to get to work the next day. When he asked them to tow it back to the shop to see what was wrong they said it wasn’t their problem. They were rude and completely at fault. When we went to another shop they revealed that the electrical wiring was improperly installed, causing pinches in the wiring and preventing the bike from running. Worst shop we have ever been to. If I could give zero stars I would have!

I was referred here by a friend and I have to say I am SOOOOO glad I took my bike to these guys! My bike is my baby so I usually only take to mountain motorsports bc I like them… but I think I might change that! they took care of me from the second I walked in the door to when i picked my bike up. They talked to me about my bike, made good recommendations AND their prices are definately up my alley! I did have to leave my bike here for a couple of days bc they were really busy but I was just fine with that bc I wanted my bike in top shape. Everyone was EXTREMELY nice and very understanding about my worries with my bike and what I could afford. I just picked my bike up and took it for a ride and he’s running much better than before! so glad I took my bike here!!! THANK YOU CORONA MOTOR WORX! I’ll be back!

These guys are the best!
After spending $ 800 at a place in Brea with really poor results, I looked for another shop. The guys are Corona came in under their estimate and saved my Polaris Ranger. Now it still runs great 6 months after they worked on it.
I won’t go anywhere else.

Started with a simple tire change, I needed to order new tire told me drop off by 9 am pickup by 1 (they close at 1 on sat) I received no calls for the repair being complete, I called around 12:30 and they said 30 more minutes, at this point I needed to go wait because I couldn’t leave my bike until Monday. I ended up waiting until about 2. work complete, except now the belt is very loose and was slipping while accelerating. called Corona Motor Worx (Brandon) and he said bring it down and he will look at it. he rode and said belt is slipping, $ 375 labor and $ 520 for the belt. I told him,” No thank you” brought it to another shop and that shop adjusted it belt in about 30 min. no need for a new belt. Obviously «Brandon» didn’t want to do the work and gave me a high price to turn me away. It worked. I wont go back, wasted my time and I was even willing to pay for adjustment. I also think it very unprofessional to carry a loaded firearm on his belt at a motorcycle shop.

By far the worst people I have ever dealt with. I should have known this place was fraudulent by their name «Corona Motor Worx» but they’re located in Riverside.
So I take my motorcycle there because I had a check engine light on. They fix it and tell me «oh you just had a wire loose» and charge me $ 75 to repair it mind you before they fixed it I called and they quoted me $ 35. Any who i pick the bike up and i kid you not my mirror falls off. Yea just falls off on my way to work. After work, I got off at 9pm so its dark and my light doesn’t come on. Im basically stranded at my job I call them the next day like «hey my light isn’t working» they tell me «oh we didn’t touch your light» not our problem, «but you can bring it in and we’ll check it out»
So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and brought it back to them. They tell me «oh the wiring is bad blasé blasé» I’m like «ok can you guys fix it»? So they «fix» it do some rewiring. Once again i take it to work thinking I’m good and boom the light doesn’t come on. So not once but twice I’m stranded because I take it work and have to über 20 miles to my house. I call them and they tell me to bring the bike in for the THIRD TIME!
I drop it off in the morning around 8am and they call me around 330 4pm to tell me that «a fuse was blown in the headlight because of the wiring and i need a new headlight» I’m like «uhhh didn’t i just pay you guys to rewire the headlight» and the guy Brandon’s like «uhhh yea but see we didn’t cause the fuse to blow, it wasn’t our fault» and I’m like «but you guys were the only ones to work on my bike and every time I leave your shop something happens to my bike»
I take my bike to another shop to repair my light and mirror and they were like your wires have been cut. So they basically cut my wires because i demanded my money back smh these guys are a joke and have no customer service skills what so ever. I don’t know if they’re racist or they just like ripping women off but BEWARE!
These guys DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO DAMAGES THAT THEY CAUSE. THEY WILL MAKE EVERY LITTLE EXCUSE TO RIP YOU OFF! Honestly speaking do not go here they are very money hungry and will do it anything to get your hard earned money. They deserve no damn stars! I Would give them negative stars if i could. Save yourself the headache and find another shop.

the owner of this place is a complete asshole. in a nut shell we had them rebuild the top end of our bike we took it out for one ride and the motor blew up he tried to tell us it was running lean there were no hot spots on the top of piston the rings were seized and the side wall of the cylinder was scored all the way up and down. owner Evan pare was to afraid to even tell me his name or admit that he was the owner he also pulled his gun out and told us to leave his store. we are shortly to file a lawsuit for damages to the bike.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I picked up my waverunners and they looked newer and cleaner than I had ever seen! Very satisfied with the quality of service and care received. I purchased a pair of older (1994) Seadoos and they were not running right. None of the current Seadoo dealers want to or will deal with the older 2-​stroke models. With that said, a long time Jet Ski rider/​racer referred me to CMX, and I’m really glad he did. Brandon and his crew are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They have the skillsets to work on these older PWCs and not gouge on the pricing. A really solid place to do business with and they earn the trust. I’m glad I was referred to them, my Seadoos are in awesome shape now, and I’m looking forward to taking them out with the repairs and improvements made. I’ll be using CMX for all my maintenance and repair needs on these PWCs.

Honest people, they do great work. They serviced my 2001 sea doo challenger 1800. I recommend this shop and will be returning for seasonal maintenance. Thanks guys

Always 5 stars. Fast, cheap, quick. Usually have to pick 2, but these guys deliver. Austin knocked out my bike while I waited today! I’m cheap, impatient and picky and these guys handle it! Keep up the good work!!!

Eight years ago i had a 750cc stand up jet ski rebuilt from top to bottom and it still is working great. Super staff to aid in do it yourself fixes and they order parts fast. Great shop…

Really nice dudes. I needed new tires and a full service done on my Harley, Their turn around time was quick. and they were way cheaper than the dealership.
Plus it’s pretty cool they do work on Harleys, Dirt, and water toys.
I’ll be coming back.

Cool place. The people were very friendly and knowledgeable about motorcycle repair. I took my Honda Shadow in to get a new rear tire because I hit a nail or something on the road Friday afternoon. They had no problem helping me unload my bike from the truck and installing the tire after they ordered it. So far the bike is running great again, I’ll definitely come back for future repairs.

I took two of my bikes I bought recently and needed a once over and carb check. I am pretty happy with the work done there. I know this isn’t a big production shop and realize going in I am not going to get the bike the same day because of deadlines needed to be met previously made. It did take a little longer than what I was told but I was in no hurry. As long as the work is done right and the price is fair, I am a fan. I am going back again to get my R1 a rear tire probably this week. Will update.
I say, go in, give this place a try, and if you don’t like it, then walk away, but if you do, score! Good to find a good qualified mechanic you can trust. That’s how I feel.
UPDATE:
Had work done (look at picture of receipt posted here). My bike has over 19,000 soft to medium riding miles. It had been sitting in my garage for the past 4yrs only to be used maybe twice a year to ride maybe 80mi or less each time to charge battery and flow the gas. It was time for a new back tire and asked to have a «look over» by Brandon when I dropped it off last week. Brandon always a smile and a handshake. Just posting my receipt. Take a look. Customer service was great! I felt comfortable purchasing a rear commuter tire that was «suppose» to be «25% lower than retail». Didn’t realize it but the price for that tire I purchased, I found it other places for either the same price or cheaper, and it makes me think how the rest of their prices are. I recommend this place, but only if you are in the area and really need something. I dont mind the price of a tire when I am in need, but I dont like being lied to.

I’ve only been to this place twice and in the two times I’ve gone I’ve received nothing but cooperation and enthusiasm from the staff.
Did I mention they offer super low prices for maintenance, parts, gear, etc? (I mean super low prices) Tires sold here are about 25% off retail prices I believe. (give or take a few percentiles)
I don’t really have any complaints, besides that maybe the upkeep inside the store could be a little bit more. What I mean is there isn’t much gear or helmets to buy or stuff to look at. But then again I don’t think that’s Motor Worx primary focus. It is called «Motor Worx» for a reason. My bike needed a new front tire, they gave me a quick quote, and I got it fixed in the same day. My only concern I had was that after receiving my new tire some balancing beads didn’t do their job and my bars started to wobble. I simply called Motor Worx, explained the situation, and got it taken care of within minutes. (Also received a free hat courtesy of Motor Worx)
I would like to end this review with not only a thank you to Motor Worx and their staff but some insight into just how inexpensive maintenance is there. My tire quoted at other places reached a grand total of over $ 255, while Motor Worx did the deed for less then half that. If that doesn’t fancy your taste I don’t know what will.
Overall I’m a happy customer and I recommend Motor Worx to anybody who rides on two wheels and is looking for inexpensive maintenance.

Dissapointed with their service. Before I start this review let me first mention that I came to this place before and I got good service, buying a few things for my bike but this last experience is gonna make me never go back again.
Came in Saturday to have a tire mounted on a rim off the bike, when I stopped by they said they couldn’t do it that day but will do it on Monday (I’m thinking if your open why can’t you do a simple tire instal?) so I was ok with it, dropped off the rim/​tire and left.
Come Monday morning (around 9:30am) I call to see if my tire was done, they told me it wasn’t and they won’t be able to do it until 2 – 3 in the afternoon (again I’m thinking why would it take so long for such a simple job) so I asked the guy if I can have it done sooner and they said sure what time? I told them at 11am would be great, I was planning on picking it up before I go into work (keep in mind I also have 2 kids and work as a retail sales manager so my schedule varies).
I went to the shop at 12pm, a whole hour after the promised time, and my rim/​tire was not ready. They apologized but I just left seeing that I was in a rush and I had to go to work. So I planned on going the next day as soon as they open up at 8am (this open time is posted on their door and online) because I was trying to pick up the tire before work, I waited until 8:20 am and they were still not open. Again, I left in frustration not until the next day did I pick up the tire, they didn’t offer anything for all my troubles (not that I wanted anything) brought the rim home and saw that the rim had a big gouge on the chrome…
I called the shop to tell them what I found and they told me that damage was already there, I just bought this bike but I was pretty sure I was looking at the rim specifically at the area where the weights were because I was wondering when I get the tire replaced how a shop was going to removed or add weights to balance the tire without damaging the chrome. It’s a shame, they seemed like nice people, I will never go back to this place even though this place is a short drive from my house. Id rather go to a shop two cities over than to go back to this place.
As a sales manager, the way this business is being ran, I lost all my confidence in this place because if they cannot come through with what they promise, open up on time, or not capable of performing a simple service on a day they’re open, I cannot in good conscious trust them with my bike or any service at that.
