Gray’s Custom Mobile Detailing

Great customer service! Very professional! Quick response time. And BJ did a phenomenal job on my car. I drive A LOT for work and hadn’t washed or vacuumed my car in 6 months. Plus, my dog thinks it’s his car too, so needless to say, it was probably a mobile detailing nightmare. But Gray’s Custom Mobile Detailing was at my house the next day ready to tackle the job. BJ took his time and went above and beyond to make sure my car looked great! Even my license plates look brand new again! Gray’s will be my go-​to for car wash and detailing from now on!

I don’t spend the time detailing my cars anymore because I’d rather spend that time with my kids so I decided to let the professionals handle it. Bennie was very easy to communicate with and gave me the best deal up front. He came to my house and detailed the interior and exterior (wash/​clay bar/​wax) of my Acura TSX and MDX. Keep in mind that this kind of work is very labor intensive and time consuming so expect to spend some money if you want it done right. I was very impressed by his work and highly recommend them. If I could leave him no stars, I would! Called him at 3pm on Thursday asking for a quote and availability for a full interior detail, but he never answered back to my voicemail. I called again on Friday, and still no reply, plus his voicemail was full this time, so I couldn’t leave a voicemail. I then texted him, and he replied back saying he would get back to me as soon as he would get done — he never texted back. He left left me with the impression that he would probably not be reliable, so today I told him I had no choice but to leave him a bad review on here for bad customer service. Now he keeps blowing up my phone saying his daughter was hospitalized from a bug bite. He has called me 3 – 4 times straight as soon as I told him I’d leave him this review, saying to not give him a bad review because he hasn’t done any bad service (not getting back to potential customers after three attempts is bad service). I wanted my car detailed today or Monday, but I already found another local car detailer who got back to me ASAP, and I figured if Gray’s can’t even be reliable to get back to me on a quote, I might as well go elsewhere.

Today was my first experience with Gray’s. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. BJ was very professional and on time. He did an amazing job on my truck that was full of dead bugs after traveling 2500 miles. I would highly recommend if you need a great detail. Great job!

Gray’s did an amazing job. I have a mini van and the kiddos love to mess it up. I called Gray’s and they came out and did a wonderful job. My van looks like the day we drove off the lot. My husband and I were so pleased we are having Bennie come out again! Thanks so much Gray’s.

Let me start off by saying, I was going to sell my Jeep and that was the reason of my detail. After seeing how sexy my jeep looked and how clean it was my wife and I were convinced to keep the car. BJ did an Amazing job cleaning my car with absolutely no WATER. the car is squeaky clean and I ain’t lying I ran my finger across the hood and yup it squeaked! BJ went above and beyond and detailed the inside of the Jeep as if the car just came out of the factory from manufacturing! I highly recommend GRAYS to anyone on Unilocal looking for a detail, do not hesitate to call them you will be impressed I guarantee it!

My husband and I have 3 dogs that shed like crazy. It had been a while since I had my Durango detailed and came across Gray’s.
They reached out to me immediately to provide me with an estimate and to schedule a day and time to come out to me.
Bennie came out and did a full wash and wax on my vehicle and spent 2 ½ hours on the inside of my vehicle removing the dog hairs. I could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend Bennie and Grays and will definitely be using their services again!

No Show ! Then when I called he didn’t know I had a appointment. well I stayed close to home all day wanting 4 a call that he was in rout ! his answer was I should of did my thing, and came home after his call! It don’t work that was in real life !!

With one day notice, had a very dirty truck detailed by Gray’s .Very prompt with returning calls/​texts and updating on arrival.
Every stain there ever was (some had been there for years!!) Is gone, and a 2008 truck looks like new! Very professional and detailed, out in the hot sun for 3 hours without a break. I am VERY particular, and could not be more pleased. HIGHLY recommend this company!

Gray’s detailing has been detailing our car/​van/​suv for years! Their attention to detail is amazing we would not trust our cars to any other detailing company. They use the highest quality products which you can really tell the difference compared to taking your car to the local car wash. They have also detailed our cars before we have sold them and the dealers always give us compliments on how amazing the cars are, clean and bright shiny and smell so good. If you really want a great company to detail your car and treat your car as if it was their own you should definitely give grays detailing a call! Five stars all the way!!! Next time they do our cars I’m gonna take a picture because there are no words to explain how awesome my van looks after a detail job from them!

I recently used Grays, they were great they literally detailed everything even the engine looks brand stinkin new. Very happy with the work they did. I will be using them again and have already recommended them to many of my friends. If you want your car to look brand new again I would highly recommend calling these guys up!
They even showed up to my work and were able to do the car in the back of the parking lot saving me lots of time from getting it done elsewhere and waiting. So convenient.

Gray’s Detailing done a magnificent job on my car for a reasonable price! I took a chance on them and this is something that I am glad I did. Every nook and cranny in the inside of my car was cleaned. He gave my car life with his buff, polish, and wax methods. Thanks for everything Bennie!

I would like to say that they did a pretty damn good job in detailing my husband Dodge Ram. They didn’t service my area but they drove the extra mile for us. I have a English bull dog and her hair is all over the place. They vacuum so damn well that you wouldn’t suspect a dog was ever in this car. Looks just as new!

I had my car detailed by Gray’s last Saturday and I don’t regret it at all! It was a chance I was willing to take and it was definitely worth it.
Prices are far more than reasonable, so definitely take the chance, you can’t go wrong!
My black BMW was in desperate need of a polish due to heavy swirl marks (and abuse) from the previous owner, so I had them come to my home and do a full detail. I got the Gray’s package which included an interior cleaning, exterior wash, polish and wax, as well as an engine bay cleaning (I didn’t expect that!).
My car is black, so the swirls were really painfully obvious, and my headlights were extremely hazy despite the fact that I had them refinished twice before. They got out all the swirls on my paint and made my headlights nearly new! I really thought they were at the point of no return and that I would have to fork up the money to buy new ones. Gray’s saved me almost nearly a grand for new headlights!
I’m definitely impressed with the polish job so I’ll be having Gray’s detail my other BMW, my boyfriend’s truck and his mother and brother’s BMWs also. I’m also going to recommend them to everybody at my office! They deserve the business! Thank you Gray’s!

My car was in desperate need of a detailing. I had melted crayons in my back seat, stained seats and dog hair everywhere. Since I just moved out here, I turned to Unilocal to find someone local. When it comes to auto detailing I am very picky. Furthermore, it’s very hard to trust people specially when one goes off a review on Unilocal.However, Gray’s Auto Detailing is one that I can honestly say that they «make love to your car when they clean it» haha. For example, the time they take to make sure they get every little spot where attention is needed. Their customer service is superb, but also very warm and friendly.
When I called Gray’s I was in dire need of some help since I was yet another victim of the bastard «sprinkler bandits» and their hard water spots. I was heart broken to see my 2015 Mustang GT covered in spots, and to top things off, I was beginning to see some fine swirls from the usual car wash. Gray’s was able to help me out and schedule me for an appointment for the next day. When they arrived they hooked me up with 5 star service in a killer package that included, wash, engine detail, chemical wash (to get rid of the hard water), inside detail, clay bar, buff, and paint sealer for a killer price. At the end of their service they have you come out and check it out and see if there’s anything that you see that you don’t like so they can get on top of it. Their price is definitely better than most competition out there, and you throw their customer service on top of that… psssh you got yourself a loyal customer bro Haha.

Just got an interior detail done for my car. I’m a full time student and work full time as well so I sort of live in my car during the in betweens. I eat a lot in there too and had some stuff spill. ew. But these guys cleaned my car up and made it look SO nice! It was just the dad who came to clean up my car. I saw him working for a bit and he was working hard and it was kinda hot. I felt bad but he still managed to make my car look just like how I got it from the dealership. I made sure to leave a good tip :) well worth it. And I didn’t have to leave my house! Even better. Thank you guys!
