I’m going to sound very crazy but I actually look forward to my kids dentist appointments! Well a friendly staff and a pleasant environment what’s not to like! My toddlers love getting their certificates for not having cavities and their picture goes on the wall! Dr. Song is wonderful and I recommend this location to anyone with kids!

If I could give 6 stars I would! I went in to register my son and they were able to see him the same day! BEST place you could ever take your children to. I definitely recommend this place to any moms out there!

I took my daughter for her first visit and the staff and Dr song are amazing so nice and clear on what I needed to do to care for my daughter’s teeth and they made my daughter comfortable and awarded her for doing such a great job sitting still and having no cavities. I would recommend this dental office to all parents it was a very pleasant experience

I LOVE THIS DENTIST aren’t words you hear together very often! She and her staff were so good with my twin boys, it did not feel like the last dentist visits we’ve had in the past, we were referred here by Kids World dentist and I’m so glad we found a good dentist for our sons. The office staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Song even took pictures of the kids to place on the wall. Definitely recommend this dentist and her practice to you and your family. Thanks guys, see you in 6 Months.

I’ve probably went to 25 different dentists in my life I’m very impressed with Dr. Helen song she’s incredibly gentle and very sensitive and caring, the assistant that works with her Stephanie is amazing with children I’ve never seen someone so good with children before, together they make incredible team I will never go anywhere else!!! If you have children I would highly encourage you to go there!!! But they’re wonderful for adults as well! You can’t go wrong!

im writing this review for those that may have read another terrible review that had me questioning this office. this is my experience. I was referred here by the highest rated children dentist I could find in riverside that unfortunately did not take my insurance. I went ahead and made the decision to take my 4 yr old daughter here based on how nice and easy they were to communicate with. she had 2 fillings and one tooth extracted (big procedure for a 4 yr girl). the experience for my daughter was excellent from start to finish they were awesome and kind. I’m as protective as they come I recommend Helen song.

Blonde dental assistant RUDE to patients. The doctor didn’t communicate effectively what my child needed. maybe they were having a bad day, so I rescheduled my child to come back for treatment. he cried through the whole thing. I should have never put my child through this, because the next day my child had swelling and bruising that didn’t appear normal. and a couple of weeks later his front crown came off. My child is traumatized from going to this office, worst experience ever. just take your children to a children specialist!

Dr. Song is very good at what she does. Due to my cavity prone teeth, I have seen several dentists since I was young. so I can identify a good dentist when I see one. I am getting married soon, so Dr. Song cleaned my teeth and whitened parts that had been discolored due to my braces (that I got a long time ago). They came out beautifully and I am so happy with the results. Also, her staff is very chill and nice, so the visit to the dentist is not bad at all!

I went to this Dentist office and I have to say… they are the best !!! The employees there are AMAZING… They are kind… so nice and helpful and care about their patients. It’s very clean there and my Dentist ms. Song is AWESOME TO SAY THE LEAST… She is so sweet and helpful and is ALL FOR THE PATIENT… I AM SO HAPPY WITH HER AND THIS OFFICE… I would recommend her to ANYONE. She truly is the BEST and so are her EMPLOYEES… I am terrified of Dentists lol… but not anymore. so happy with my dentist Ms. Helen Song :))
