IGrid Cleaning

I really liked Ingrid as a person, however as a business woman she could use some improvement. She came to the first cleaning and made sure everything went according, they did a great job. There were a few times she didn’t come to the cleaning appt at all, and her staff cleaned unattended. One of the girls sprayed our shower with cleaner and apparently never cleaned the shower or rinsed the cleaner off, the cleaner permanently bleached our shower tiles (which was brand new mind you) I brought it to her attention and she said she would handle repairing the damage. My next cleaning she was a no-​show and said she forgot. How do you forget a cleaning appointment? It’s been months and I still have yet to hear from her as far as a resolution. Yet she sent me an $ 20 invoice for a fireplace cleaning. Very unprofessional & lazy business tactics.

A true family business. Ingrid and her family did a great job doing an initial cleaning on my house. Including all bathrooms, kitchen, floors, dusting (including door and picture frames). Shower walls were smooth and shiny. Also had them clean all blinds and windows. inside and out. They even cleaned the baseboards. All of them were very friendly and polite. Would recommend their services to anyone. I will now most likely use them on a regular monthly bases to keep things up. Very reasonable pricing.

Ingrid does a fabulous job cleaning! She was cleaning for me in the spring and then yes she did stop over the summer due to personal issues but she has started again and I am so thankful! Good prices, fantastic cleaning job!

I have used Ingrids cleaning services for about 2 months now and they have always been on time and professional. When I looked for a house cleaning service there were many to choose from, so many that I just started to call around and see what options there were. The first cleaning was a «deep clean» and they went very deep. Blinds, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, carpets, (even on the stairs) everything. The only thing that she asked was that the big things be taken off of the floor. I came back with a good smelling and clean house. I live with other guys and we are all working professionals and just do not have the time to clean the way that she and her crew do for us, and at a competitive price. Pablo and Rosa are usually the people that come over and they are not only a pleasure to see every time but they kick A$$ at cleaning. I am grateful for Ingrid, her husband, and her crew. Thank you guys! I would recommend them for cleaning because I feel safe and secure about my things as well as the safety of my house.

Ingrid is so unprofessional and nasty in the way she deals with conflict and attempts to slam her clients on social media. It is your businesses JOB to clean a dirty house!!! She claims that my house was dirty… Well duh!!! I have a full time job and two kids. That’s why I hired a cleaning service you idiot!!!
If she had a problem with stuff laying around, she should’ve said something. Just like I always said something when I had a problem with her services. And for the price, SHE gave me that price and I ALWAYS gave extra as a tip but when my husband and I realized that she was NOT giving the tip to the ladies (because they told us), we stopped giving her extra.
Ingrid, as a business owner (if you even want to call yourself that), take the criticism and use it to BETTER your business. Not to justify your unethical way of doing business. You sent me a message saying that you’re closing the business and you’re girls weren’t doing a good job!!! Did you forget that??? I don’t think that you e fully grasped the concept of Unilocal and using it to better your business.
I’m excited to see what your response is going to be this time as I’m finding it quite entertaining to read your so-​called justifications for a bad job. Remember that your clients and prospective clients will read these reviews so I’m doing this in hopes that they will see the type of person you are and how you do business.

I wish I would’ve seen these reviews before I booked and stupidly waited for Ingrid and her crew to shop up to my scheduled house cleaning. I booked at least 5 appointments and she showed up to only 2. But that is not after calling and texting and emailing and having no show no call appointments. I seen on here that she was reviewed so well that is the reason I called her when we moved into our new home but it looks like her life and her business took a dump somewhere in late May and June and I can’t get her to return any calls now in July. She can care less that she is unprofessional now a days. And she can care less that she is only filled with negative reviews here. DO NOT HIRE OR USE THIS COMPANY!

Zero stars if only that were possible! I try not to give negative reviews, but when a company doesn’t take responsibility for the damages they create, then it’s important to warn unsuspecting people so they are aware what kind of company they are dealing with. I hired IGrid Cleaning for a deep cleaning. Ingrid and her crew arrived on the appointed day. One of Ingrid’s cleaning ladies was suppose to clean grease off my kitchen cabinets. The cleaning lady sprayed industrial strength degreaser on my cabinets and left the degreaser on… she forgot to wipe off the chemicals. This damaged the stain and finishing of my wood cabinets. Ingrid saw the damage and said she would have her husband fix the problem later that day and she would return in the afternoon with her husband. She then left her crew unsupervised after this mistake to clean the rest of my house! Afternoon, rolls around and no Ingrid. I called her and she kept saying she would be there. Finally at 6 pm she returns to my house and surprise surprise her husband is not with her. She says he can’t come today, but he will come the next day to fix the kitchen cabinet doors. The next day Ingrid calls me and says her husband can’t come because he has an appointment. I am furious now. I understand mistakes happen, but that doesn’t mean a company shouldn’t take responsibility for the damages they create! Ingrid just kept giving me promises that the cabinets would be repaired by her husband who never shows up. I finally lose all faith in her and tell her that I’m going to have a professional wood refinishing company fix the cabinets. She agrees to pay for the repair and promises to send me a check. But Ingrid lied. She never sent me the check and now her phone is disconnected. So I’m left with a big bill for the repairs. I have text messages from her as evidence. Save yourself misery and damaged property and don’t hire Ingrid’s company IGrid Cleaning.

I wish there was an option to not provide a star on Unilocal.My fiancé and I scheduled a moving cleaning for our home two weeks in advance. I received a text/​email confirmation stating the date, time and details. They were supposed to come yesterday and never showed up. I called and text Ingrid multiple times and never received a response. We were stuck trying to find someone the day of our move.
It’s disappointing for me because I love supporting small businesses. But I would NEVER trust this company. I never received an apology or response to any of my phone calls or texts.
Do yourself a favor and hire someone RELIABLE.

Ingrid, all your replies to clients you have are always negative. You hate on all your clients by trashing them via this social media service. You had too many personal issues and excuses for me. GET YOUR LIFE TOGETHER before you try to come at other people with anger I’m your heart boo. Every time you came your husband talked crazy to you, yelling in my house but you call yourself professional??? You brought your kids to half ass clean my home, if your a business shouldn’t you have legit employees. Then you never showed or came late without any notice. I’m going to report you to better business bureau with all this foolishness.
In addition: No, just an honest client speaking the truth. Your responses are hilarious though. Don’t worry I’m sure you won’t think it’s so funny when your faulty practices are reported.

A no show on a holiday weekend. Very unprofessional

I interviewed a couple of cleaning services. Igrid was very competitive, But the thing that won me over was she was locally owned and operated and not corporate owned. Her crew arrived and worked almost 10 hours on a deep cleaning on our house. The results were fantastic. They were very friendly and did an outstanding job. We are going to use them from now on. For a professional company I highly recommend them.

Ingrids team came and cleaned my home. When I bought it the previous owners did nothing to clean and this is my first home, I wanted to move into a fresh house. Ingrid and her team came and did an amazing job. The kitchen was filthy, the house was nasty. After they were done it looked brand new. As if no one lives in it before. They paid attention to the small details like cracks, corners. Baseboards etc. Which is really what I was looking for. I will always use this company and I definitely recommend this company to everyone looking to have their house cleaned.

Before purchasing my first home, I contacted a few cleaning services to see if they could perform a move-​in deep cleaning. Ingrid was the only person willing to be flexible, especially since my house escrow process was delayed several times.
The first crew arrived about 30 minutes before Ingrid and started to prepare for the cleaning. When Ingrid arrived, we went on a walk through and I pointed out all the areas where I wanted the most attention. The whole crew completed the house in just under 4 hours and did it without electricity! Yes, the power to the house had not yet been turned on so vacuuming was not possible. I provided flashlights to some areas where it was dark (sorry!). There were no complaints and everything I asked for was done.
The next day I went through and saw how clean the house was. It wasn’t totally filthy before, but you could tell there was some neglect from the previous tenants. Ingrid and her crew were great at sanitizing the shower, bathtubs, sinks, and counters. The kitchen was another area that really required some deep cleaning. The cabinets, oven, and microwave had years of oily residue and grime that Ingrid removed (a few areas still had some residue, but I took care of it). Unfortunately, I did not request the vanity cabinets to be cleaned so I did those myself. The windows and blinds were also cleaned.
I am a neat freak so I may not hire a cleaning service again because I would never let the condition of my home get to the point where it needs professional attention. However, I definitely would hire Ingrid again if I needed her in the future.

Ingrid and her crew are amazing! I have 9 indoor cats and you can imagine the hair, hairball/​vomit stains, etc., from having so many animals — they cleaned it all and made my place look like new! I was even going to have to buy a new shower shell because I thought it was too ugly to be cleaned — Ingrid told me she can make it look like new and guess what!?? It looks like new! She saved me a lot of money by cleaning it to perfection. I HIGHLY recommend their service! I am so happy, I am going to have them come twice a month — never had such an awesome cleaning service! They work very hard and it shows! Plus, Ingrid and her grew are very nice and kind — I feel safe and secure having them in my home!

They left me a message offering a free cleaning because I felt the first cleaning was ok. I haven’t been able to take them up on their offer yet because I’ve been busy, but I just wanted to say they go out of their way to make their customers happy.

Ingrid & her crew were professional & courteous and did a FABULOUS job on our house! What a relief to have found someone who REALLY cleans it ALL! I will be recommending to EVERYONE! Thanks ladies!
