Called to ask for a (very standard) 4 point electric hook up to go to my Cargo trailer lights. First they said they would have to see it… say what? So I try to describe it a bit so as not to make a Needless trip (especially without“lights”)— and the guy tells me to go to Home Depot ?? I explain that Home Depot does not carry car parts — so they tell me, «maybe a auto parts store?» —- serious, these guys are IDIOTS !!

Called to get a estimate, and was told to bring it down and they wouldn’t charge to see what the problem was, which sounded to good to be true, as soon as we got their they wanted $ 105.00 to check it, If they are not being truthful on the phone, I wouldn’t trust them, so we left.

This place is absolutely one of the best RV Repair shops i have ever used. I have been using this place for over 5 years and these people can do anything for a great reasonable price. Ramon and his family know how to treat there customers.
They can build anything that you want if you are looking for custom trailer work.
I would give this place 10 stars if i could.
I will never use anyone else in the Inland Empire.

I called around to different places to get my motor home repaired. The woman was very nice and knowledgeable over the phone. Told me to come in for an accurate quote. The staff took a look at the damage and and we thoroughly went thru what was needed to be done and gave me options on what I wanted done. I wanted it to be fixed plus a little extra stuff done on my RV. I then got an awesome quote under then what I herd and expected from other shops. Very professional but also very friendly. I felt real comfortable leaving them with the job. Two days before they quoted it would be finished, I got a call saying my work was done. After I went down there, to my surprise, it was immaculate. Just like new. Can I just say, «WoW»
