Ultimate Limousines

Ultimate limo hosted an event for us at red bucket equine rescue. We had two of their limos provide transportation to and from the parking lot for our guests. Their drivers were exceptional and their service was impeccable. Their buses were extremely clean and in excellent condition. I also use them personally for a red carpet event in Los Angeles and again they were on time, drivers were extremely pleasant and their service was in a 10! Andy, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed in our limo for a very special evening.

I will never use their service again if it was the last place to go. The driver was good but his supervisor was not apologetic at all. He made it seem as if it was my fault that I had ordered the limo with them. Bait and switch, you order one type of limo and they send you whatever they want.

The customer service working with Andy and the office has been amazing. They were so helpful. We were renting this limo to take my 80 year old parents down to our youngest 3 year old Grandchild total 18 people on a cruise. It is our 30^th Anniversary and every member of our family is going. Unfortunately two have to drive luggage. Being such a special event for our family I am super excited to be working with an organization of this quality. I will be sure to write a follow up after the trip!

I had a pick up and drop off service from your limo service this past Saturday the 7^th at 5:15pm. I was picked up in a disgusting limo. There was a happy birthday banner still stuck on the inside of the window, 6 or 7 open and empty soda cans along the seats, and one of my bridesmaids sat in something sticky and will be having to get her dress dry cleaned. I have had to call 4 days in a row this week to talk to a manager and each time I’ve been told something different. Either he wasn’t in yet, or had already left for the day, or today specifically that he was on the other line and would give me a call right back. An hour had passed by and I called again and was then told my a very rude man, Rick, that he was out of the office until Monday. At this point I’m beyond irritated and am just flat out pissed off. And Rick was so rude. Wouldn’t let me finish a sentence and kept cutting me off not letting express my anger with now 2 different issues I was having. This is a completely unacceptable way to pick up something for their wedding! I need a full refund. Having to pay $ 300 for a 10 minute ride in a filthy limo is outrages! Rick kept telling me that the manager will be giving me a call back on Monday. I tried telling him that I will be out of the country on my honeymoon. He said «well then he can help you when you’re available then». He clearly doesn’t care about this company or the customers and they problems they encounter. It’s pretty obvious that I will never be using this poor excuse of a limo company again.

If I could put no stars I would! I had rented a limo for Friday night for my grams 85^th birthday and they sent me the wrong limo I told them several times that I do not want the Lincoln town car because it was to small for my grams to crawl into so they were going to give me the next one up well they ended up sending me the Lincoln town car!!! I called Andy the gm the next day and told him the situation and he came at me rude saying he has 50+ limos out and today is not the day to talk to him about it! I said well I don’t care I didn’t get what I asked for and u quoted me on the other limo he said he will have to further investigate and he will get back to me and of course he never did but was QUICK TO TAKE THE MONEY OUT! I will never go to them again and I will tell all my friends not to how do u stay in business when ur so careless tord ur customers?

My parents recently celebrated their 40^th wedding anniversary. So I rented a 6 person limousine to take my family to «Lawry’s: The Prime Rib» up in Beverly Hills from our home in Laguna Niguel. The Driver, Carol, was excellent and wonderful! The limo was decorated with balloons and a banner that read «Happy Anniversary», as well as my father’s favorite drink, ginger beer. We were picked up right on time, and after a scenic and safe drive, arrived at the restaurant at the perfect time for dinner at 7. Carol and «Ultimate Limousine» are the best choice for a limousine company for a special, or any occasion!

Everyone here is great. Starting with Andy and his office staff. Booked me right in for a a party bus for my brothers bachelor’s party. They stay local here in Riverside so when the day off the party came, Albert our driver arrived on timd of not couple minutes prior to set up everything inside the bus. Albert is highly recommended for your driver. He also was our driver for my brothers wedding. Thanks everyone at ultimate limousine for making it easy.

Everything was perfect! Showed up on time, respectful and clean! The driver took great care of our kids at prom! Highly recommend!

We had a big day planned for a bachelor party and everyone was immensely accommodating. They go above & beyond to make sure everyone has what they need and has the best experience possible. The divers came on time and were very nice. They even carry an extra auxiliary cable to make sure you even have the music you want. If there’s one limo company to use then look no further. They will win you over as they did us. Best staff, best prices, best experience. Two thumbs up.

I strongly recommend Ultimate Limousine. We celebrated our son’s birthday and absolutely enjoyed our experience. The limo was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Andy made sure the limo was decorated for the occasion. Renee, our driver, was amazing and professional. We loved our experience.

Andy really hooked us up, we were not expecting this nice of a limo! Great prices and our driver was amazing! We did the winery’s in Temecula and he went ahead and called the winery HIMSELF to make a reservation for us on the way. We didn’t realize we needed a reservation! Hey stocked the limo with water, champagne, birthday banners and balloons and everything was very clean and spacious. I’m so grateful that he made our day so relaxed, knowing the limo is on time and at a good price. Thanks again you are awesome! We will use you in the future!

Very disappointed! There was no glassware whatsoever for drinks nor napkins! We had to actually run into our home and get some plastic cups we happened to have! It was very cold that night and the heat in the Limo did not work! The Driver knew nothing! I would never use these jokers again!

Planned a girls night out for our friends birthday and their first time in a party bus and let me tell you the worst experience ever.
First we had to do a $ 100 deposit to book bus then they told us that they would arrive 5 mins before 9 so we can make it to the club by 10 so we wouldn’t have to pay for entrance since it’s free before 10 pm.
The bus showed up at 9:40 pm and before that we called them several times and no answer. The phone had a busy tone the whole time so was never able to get across to any one at the company.
Finally the bus arrived and we told the driver that if there was anyway we could get a discount since they were almost an hour late. The driver called his manager and the manager said that they had engine problems with their bus which technically has nothing to do with us and completely their fault they didn’t arrive on time for our event. We kindly asked for a discount of $ 100 and the manager refused to give it to us and was very disrespectful over the phone calling my friend a «BITCH» she repeatedly asked for his name and he wouldn’t give it to us and also claimed he wouldn’t refund us our money because we decided we weren’t going to pay them when they were late and for such bad service.

We have always received excellent service with this company and our family has been using them for years.
We needed transportation from Menifee to LAX for a family trip to Maui. We priced out a shuttle van for 13 people and realized that Ultimate Limousine’s party bus was very comparable in price to and from the airport! We rode in style in our private party bus and the kids loved it! It was a great way to start and end our vacation!
Recently, my neighbor’s son lost his father. His wish on his birthday was to go Go-​Cart racing with his 10 year old friends and be transported in a limousine. The family could not afford this and reached out to Ultimate Limousines. The owner, Andy, was very gracious and worked with the family to help this little boy’s wish come true.

Andy the owner is awesome, the experience was perfect and we had an amazing, nice driver! We had a large party bus with 20 of us! hit the Temecula Wineries and everything we smooth and we can’t wait to do it again!

I was in awe of how horrible the driver and owner of this company is. We used this company as a shuttle service for our guest to the wedding venue. They showed up late for my wedding and the limo broke down and left everyone stranded at the wedding with no way to get back to their cars. They didn’t send back up or any other form of transportation. We had to take them to court for them to start returning our phone calls and they still only gave us partial reimbursement. They were the grey cloud at my wedding, everyone still talks about how shitty the limo service was… So unprofessional! I hate them.

I called on Friday afternoon to book a last minute Limo to take 10 girls to dinner from Newport Dunes to Javier’s on the next day (Saturday night) Andy quoted a price for everything including gratuity (which I loved). Our driver Renee’ was suppose to call me when when she arrived at 7:15, she arrived at 6:50 and called us. We were 10 gals so of course we were not ready ! She was super chill and waited until we were ready. She also waited through photos in front of limo. Finally we were off! But not for long… Out of 10 women, none of us could figure out the limo stereo. Renee pulled over and came back and helped us pair an iPhone to the system and we were soon rolling with our own pandora station!!! We were safely driven to our destination and as I got out Renee called my phone again so that I would have her number handy to call when we were ready to pick up! When we finished our dinner I called and she was there in a minute. She was polite and professional and dropped us back off at the campground! The limo was a new, beautiful, white stretch and we could not have been more pleased with the service from beginning to end. Thank you Andy and Renee!

This is to add on to the previous 1-​star reviews. What awful customer service this company gave! I was so looking forward to a girls day out… but it was ruined by the owner of this company.
Asking us to show up earlier at 9:45am instead of 10am; but then the bus is late and doesn’t show up til 10am – strike 1
The bus shows up but the back exhaust pipe is dragging on the ground behind the bus. WTF?! What kind of maintenance do you keep on your buses?! – strike 2
When we got the owner on the phone he asked the husband of my friend to get under the bus to do some sort of Mickey-​mouse corrective repair of the exhaust pipe then proceeded to tell us that we could still use the bus… really?! What if the pipe fell again while on the freeway? Who would be liable for the injury that would cause? If we removed the exhaust pipe where would it go – inside the party bus while we’re in there? –strike 3
Our group consisted of all health care workers and we were shocked that the owner said the bus would be fine. Exhaust pipes of that size are placed for a reason… what if we did proceed with our trip and fumes got in the bus because of a LACK OF A EXHAUST PIPE… Carbon Monoxide poisoning? No thanks! –strike 4
He still proceeded to tell us that the bus would be fine to drive all the way to Temecula, and when we got there, he would have the driver go and get it fixed in 30 minutes. Hello?! What shop fixes a bus on a Saturday, without an appointment in 30 minutes? Plus, the reason we got a party bus is to take us between the different wineries… so if it took more than 30 minutes, what then? We would be SOL and walking to another winery?! – strike 5
Telling us that he could provide another (much smaller bus) in 1.5hrs; but say he would still charge us full price… you kidding me?! – strike 6

I gave Ultimate Limousines just ²⁄₅ stars because they were «just OK». We rented a 12 person stretch Lincoln town car and the car was clean, but a bit dated. We were celebrating a birthday, so they threw some balloons in the back.
Pros: They did arrive on time. Knew where the restaurant was, got us there on time. The driver waited while we ate and picked us up promptly, and brought us home on time. So at the very basic level they did meet expectations.
Cons: When I booked the reservation, I was told that we had to put $ 100 for a deposit on a credit card and the balance would be paid with the driver. I was told this could be paid in cash or credit card. I was planning on paying with credit card. When the driver arrived, he insisted I pay in cash. I had to go and get cash and gave it to the driver because I didn’t want to make a big deal and spoil the evening. Also, there was supposed to be champagne in the limo, and there wasn’t any. We told the driver and he got some while we were eating, so we had it on the way back.
After the evening, I called the owner, Andy, and explained what happened with the cash payment. He said I could have paid with credit card, and the driver should have told me that. He then called me back and said when they booked the reservation, it was listed as «cash only». Honestly, that’s not my problem — I just wanted to pay with credit card and wasn’t able to do so. Andy said he would not refund any portion of my bill due to this confusion, but would «more than make it up to me on my next reservation.» Andy said he would send me an email stating this promise, and I have yet to receive an email. Lastly, I asked for a receipt for this cash transaction. Andy said that since I paid cash, they didn’t have a receipt and I couldn’t get a receipt. Rather, Andy sent me an email saying in simple words, «Customer paid $xxx for service in cash.» What kind of receipt is that?
Yes, the limo service itself was fine, but customer service from the Owner, Andy, was poor.
