The shop is definitely more expensive than they need to be. They charge a flat fee of $ 40 to assemble a bike, even if it’s only a minor job. On the bright side, they were fast and the lady running the shop was nice.

I took a used bike in to see if it was worth fixing for my son. I was immediately helped by Julie who is very knowledgable. She told me exactly what I needed, and even went over how to install certain things. When I asked about needing a missing brake stop, and a seat tightening screw, Bob found what I needed, installed it, and didn’t even charge me for the trouble. These people are very hard working, honest, and amicable. I am thankful that they have there shop in Woodcrest because I have 3 sons, and I know where I will be going for all their bicycle needs.
I appreciate people that enjoy their jobs, and enjoy helping people. They are very ethical, honest, and good neighbors. If I could give them 10 stars I would. It is so refreshing to do business with decent caring people. Thank you Woodcrest Bicycle Center. You guys rock!!!

This was my 1^st experience with this shop and I have to say that they are amazing! They can help u with anything u need, if it’s bmx, mountain, trail, beach cruiser, anything at all, they have the bike/​part/​answer, the staff is knowledgeable in all those fields. I will definitely come back. A+

Great service from knowledgeable owners. Bob spent the time to get to know me and my style of riding before making any suggestions about which bike to purchase. It never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. I rolled out on a Giant 27.5 ATX and have been completely satisfied.

Took my vintage road bike to here for tune up. The price is good and service was excellent. My bike is running smooth over the weekend.

Best bike shop around by far!!! The owners, Bob and Julie, own and operate this business by themselves and they are extremely nice, humble, caring and knowledgeable, Both Bob and Julie are very hands on and both of them get their hands dirty. Their prices are very reasonable and fair and they offer GREAT service and selection that can’t be beat. They have worked on mountain bikes, road bikes, kids bike, bmx bikes and even baby strollers for me and each time the work was done above and beyond my expectations.
Why go anywhere else???

This is by far the best place in Riverside for all your bicycle needs. Julie is so nice and helpful that we bought our sons new Fit bike here. So was very patient and listened to what we wanted and fitted the bike to meet my sons size. Every time we have come back, she greets us by name… now what big box retailer can match that… none! I highly recommend you make this your permanent place to shop for all your bicycle needs!

Brought my Giant Roam hybrid bike in for a tune up. $ 40– money well spent. Brakes were well adjusted and the cassette was shimmering. Bike was done the day they said it would be so I’m a happy customer. I’m new to the woodcrest area and it’s nice to have a shop nearby. I felt like a kid again riding home from the bike shop after my wife dropped me off to pick it up lol

I think it would be great for my son to learn how to repair bikes through Bob. It would be a great experience and he would love to be paid with spare parts for his bike. The service here has always been exceptional and you can not find a better FAMILY business to deal with.

Julie was very nice and helpful! She spent a lot of time with my husband helping him pick out a bike and offering great advice and suggestions. Only charged me $ 2 for a new rim tube and I got some Hello Kitty valve caps that I LOVE. We’ll definetly be back for all our bicycle needs and I’ll be recommending this shop to friends and family!

I brought my Trek road bike in for a tune-​up. First, excellent customer service. Second, excellent work at a very reasonable price. Won’t be going to any other bicycle shops any time soon.

Dropped off two bikes that had been sitting outside for a few months to get a tune-​up for summer. I couldn’t be happier with the results and I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t as much as I expected. Also, you can’t go wrong with the local, family owned business.
They will definitely get my business in the future and I would happily recommend them to my friends and family.

I brought my Phil & Teds stroller here to get my rear tires replaced. They said they could replace the tires, but they would have to order them. That was fine. However, when my husband picked up the stroller they said the axle was bent. .. it wasn’t bent that badly when I dropped it off, but I can’t be sure.
However, when I pulled out the stroller to use it at the park a few days later, the tires were flat! In looking at the tires more closely, the tires don’t fit my stroller at all!
To top it off, when I called them to complain about my stroller not being fixed, the guy who answered the phone said «yeah, I remember that stroller. Not something I would put my kids in.» And then he told me that «he would give me the parts to fix the stroller, but he wasn’t going to work on it any more.»
So, I am taking the tires back and, hopefully, I will get my money back. I would like for them to replace the rim of the tire that they bent when trying to take off the tire, but I am not holding my breath.
If they make me a satisfied customer, I might change my rating. But, after what the guy said to me on the phone, I don’t know that there is any way to change my perception of them.
I would have been much happier if they just said they couldn’t fix the tire in the first place!!!

This is a GREAT shop! My husband and I just bought a couple of matching Giant bicycles. We’ve been coming to the shop for years and we won’t go anywhere else. The owners, Bob and Julie, are the best! Our son used to do a lot of cross-​country bicycle racing and we bought everything from them. They are fair, honest and stand behind everything they sell. They offer the kind of personalized service that you just can’t get from the big chains. This is a 5 star business and if you need anything related to bicycles, this is the place to go.

I have made this my regular shop, buying a bike for my wife here and taking my friend here to get a new crankset. Every visit has been 5-​star worthy. They provide great service at a much lower price than the competition. This shop will have my business for as long as I live in the area.

Great service. Called on Christmas Eve and not only were they the cheapest in town for a bike assembly they got it done today. They were busy but assured me the job would be completed so I can have the bike ready for my daughter on Christmas. The staff is great and the service is awsome. The bike was completed to perfection.
This is the 2^nd time I have went to this shop to have work done and on both occassions I was a satisfied customer.

I don’t know that I’d buy my bike here since I’m such a cheap skate, but I do go here for repairs. I have always been treated well and once, when I forgot my wallet, I dug out my wife’s check book and even though they don’t accept checks, they agreed to accept my check. Of course I left my bike there, so even if the $ 20 check had bounced they’d have come out OK. Bottom line: good customer service and decent prices on repairs will keep my coming back.
