Mechanical Doctor is a family operated small business, which also set us apart from other Rock Hill, Fort Mill, SC, and Charlotte, NC heating and air companies. Mechanical Doctor was founded in 2001 by Wayne Chapman, the current owner of Mechanical Doctor Inc. Wayne has worked in the heating and air service and repair industry for more than 25 years. While working in HVAC repair, Wayne saw a need for a customer oriented heating and air conditioning company. Wayne then decided to found his own business based on the golden rule «Do unto to others as you would have them do unto to you.» Wayne started Mechanical Doctor with just one service truck. Since then, with Wayne’s experience and work ethic, Mechanical Doctor has expanded to a fleet of trucks and a highly skilled staff of service technicians. Mechanical Doctor’s experienced and reliable Fort Mill, SC, heating technicians are on hand twenty-​four hours a day, seven days a week.
