Such a great experience from the moment we met Shalini! Our one year old son fell in love with her as soon as she arrived for the consultation which pretty much sealed the deal… It’s always stressful when you trust someone for the first time with your fur-​babies but she made it so much easier with lots of updates and pictures… Very competitive pricing, expert care, and the fact that she is super personable are all reasons that we are making her our go to pet sitter.

Shalini is the bomb! We travel very frequently, so it’s comforting to have someone who earnestly cares about our old, oddball cat Tama’s well being. She instantly took to her new auntie.
We really appreciate the daily pics and videos as well as Shalini’s proactive approach to ensuring Tama’s comfort, like the time she made sure the heater was set correctly after we’d forgotten to.
We also very much appreciate her being available on short notice, and during holidays. We’ve had an erratic travel schedule these past few months, and she’s been super cool about it.

Having recently moved here from the Bay Area, we were in need of a new cat sitter. Having used Unilocal to find a great suitable match, Shalini and her biz popped up and after reading fab reviews, I knew to go with her!
She’s been absolutely great with our cats and sending us text updates while out of town and ensuring us that they are indeed, in great hands! Shalini is awesome! She stayed overnight with our two German Shepherds and they loved her. It made traveling so easy and stress free knowing she was taking such good care of them. She would text me pictures of my pups while we were gone which I loved. I would highly recommend Shalini!

Shalini is one of the best dog sitters. I have two Pekingese dogs that could be a handful sometimes but Shalini had always taken great care of them while I was out of town. I will definitely recommended her.

Shalini takes great pride in her business– from her website to her very thorough paperwork to her adorable Instagram updates, it’s obvious she is investing a tremendous amount of time and energy into making people’s pets happy while their owners are gone. It’s a heavy weight off of ones shoulders to know that their pets are in good hands and to see how happy they are through her picture and video updates.
She has been great at following my detailed instructions for 7 cats, all with their own needs and quirks, and always offers to go above and beyond by administering fluids or injections. I am very picky about my house and my babies and she follows my instructions to a T. She leaves my counters and sink free of any residual cat food and throws the stinky cat food cans and litter outside. Nothing worse than walking in your front door after a trip and smelling fish
I was a Petsitter for many years and I always used to «petsit like the owners were watching» and «leave the house cleaner than when they left it» and Shalini seems to work by the very same mottos. When you come back from a trip, usually exhausted, you want to walk into a house that smells the same, looks the same, and contains happy critters. This is what Shalini does!

Shalini is simply the best!!! My husband and I were having an out of town wedding and I was sooooooo happy we met her! We had never boarded our two girls before and really didn’t want to resort to that. Shalini came over to meet us and my girls absolutely loved her!!! I took comfort in knowing they would be in great care with Shalini. She always kept us updated and sent us lots of pictures! We ended up coming home later than we had thought and she even dropped by for a visit on a last minutes notice. She’s very sweet and loving and I would highly recommend her services to everyone. Shalini is awesome! She came over to meet Jack (my 5 year old pit mix) who is quite particular. He immediately took to her and was taking treats without a peep, which is a huge success since he is very weary of new people. She wanted to know about all the little perks and characteristics of my dog and I truly appreciate that she treats dogs as the individuals they are. She really has done a great job helping me with Jack and I could not have asked for a more professional and attentive dog care expert! Also, the fact that she is knowledgeable about animals, a vet tech, and a comes so highly recommended was enough for me to feel more than comfortable with who was walking my furbaby! Would definitely recommend to a friend!
My only suggestion — come up with some sort of package deal for those who want to regularly use your walking services ;)

Highly satisfied customer. I am so glad I made a one month early reservation with her for the few days before 4^th of July weekend! She took care of my two dogs, one a 4 month old puppy who needed extra care. Lots of sweet photos for each visit. Watered my plants and followed my long requests.

Shalini is amazing! We are so lucky to have found her! She watched our 3 pups over Memorial Day weekend and we had total peace of mind while we were away! Loved the pictures that we got and our dogs are now famous in Instagram! :). Shalini was a perfect fit for my misfit dog. My dog is not social with other people or dogs as she is a rescue from a breeding farm. Shalini met with us for an initial consultation. We put up the deposit to hold the four nights we needed her. She was on time and responsive to all our questions. I would totally recommend her to anyone. She kept in touch via text while we were on a much needed get away. I would say she is going to be a busy woman with all these glowing reviews. I will probably have a hard time reserving her again :)

I had always considered hiring a pet sitter, but was nervous to have a stranger in my house taking care of our two cats. BUT, a trusted friend recommended Shalini and all I can say now is that I regret not finding her sooner! Our kitties love her, they don’t have to endure staying with the vet anymore and I even get to see pics of them on facebook while we’re away.

My dog Wynstin instantly took to Shalini (it’s like she emits pet whisper vibes or something) it was an instant match. Also, I was very impressed to learn of the wealth of knowledge she caries having earned a degree as a veterinary technician.
She watched my dog on the day of our wedding, kept my dog company and he in turn paid her in many kisses and cuddles. Shalini made sure to keep me updated with cute pictures of my little fur child while I was out doing my bridal duties, which was a nice distraction, considering the wedding nerves I was having!
What I liked most about the services of Creature Comfort Pets is that I didn’t have to fuss with the hassle of having to drop my dog off at a kennel. She came to my house and watched my little guy in the comfort of his own home. Also, Creature Comforts Pet Care’s services freed me of the concerns I would have had, had I boarded my pet in a kennel (fleas, kennel cough, etc.) and lord knows a bride ain’t got no time for all that stress!

We were new to the area and was trying to decide between boarding our four legged family members or trying out a pet sitter. Shalini is great! We have used her four different times now.
She sends us text and photos and they are always happy when she stops by and they are much more comfortable being at home rather than a strange environment. We decided to adopt a beautiful Great Dane on a Friday, after meeting him for the first time and falling in love. We forgot that we had a graduation ceremony the next day that was going to take up half of our day, and leaving a dog that size to roam the house alone was not a good idea.
Shalini with Creature Comforts Pet Care was able to come and house sit our two gentle giants; an Argentinian dogo and a great Dane, with less than 24 hours notice. She knew all of our concerns, and send us photo updates of the dogs throughout the day. They looked happy and relaxed in her presence, the 1 day new dog was even cuddling with her already.
It is extremely difficult to find someone that you trust to take care of your babies, as well as your home, while you are away. Shalini with Creature Comforts Pet Care was able to give us the peace of mind that we needed, with the constant reassurance and updates of our pets we were able to enjoy our day and come home sans anxiety.
