These guys are the best. We have had RNB take care of our rental property for 3 years and I am a huge fan! RNB takes care of every detail and we never have to get involved with our tenant. RNB has arranged for emergency repairs; such as a broken garage door and a broken heater. They have made renting our home such an easy process! I’m so grateful to have them as a trustworthy mediator between our tenant and us. Thank you to Bethany and the great staff at RNB!

RNB property management is amazing! They are extremely professional, very efficient and very fair. I rented a home from them for over 3 years. During that time when any maintenance
Issue came up they were right on it. Before renting with them I left applications with other companies and paid the application fee only to never hear from them again. With RNB they play fair… which is unheard of these days. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent! Bethany, Daniel, Joe, Marshall and Irina all are very kind, wonderful people to rent from.
Also, very important! They did refund my deposit!

My wife and I thought we could originally manage our own property from another state. We soon discovered just how wrong we were. Bethany of RNB stepped in and provided our tenant with professional, timely, yet fair communication with all and any request. Her advice with each tenant concern was timely and reasonable. Everyone we dealt with at RNB was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend their services to any tenant or rental owner.

After being a good tenant for three years, RNB just stole $ 1000 of my deposit. I shampooed all of the carpets, yet they charged me $ 225 for carpet cleaning. I scrubbed every inch of the house: base boards, walls, windows inside and out. Yet they charged me $ 240 for cleaning. I am a widow raising adopted children with special needs, and they intentionally steal from us. They are also charging me money because the plumbing is poor (a slow drain). I am deeply disappointed in their dishonest behavior.
Those who rob widows and orphans … well, they will get their desserts.

I have had RNB manage my rental property since 2013 and have only had a positive experience with Bethany, Daniel, and Joseph. They managed the entire rental preparation process and found a tenant. When unexpected maintenance to the house or appliances became necessary, RNB informed me quickly and connected me their contractors that performed the repairs at reasonable rates. The entire process has been hassle-​free which has made my life easier!
When I was searching for a property manager, I did compare RNB against a few of their competitors in the area. I ultimately selected RNB for their professionalism and experience managing many properties. They have consistent processes in place to deal with the contracts, monthly reports, tenant issues, and maintenance issues. If you are a property owner that would like an experienced company to manage your property without much hassle, I would definitely recommend RNB.

This company lost me before I even saw the property. They were not only late but I had to call them and try to find out about an appointment we had, I couldn’t get ahold of them and they called me 30 min after my assigned appointment and made it seem like it was a hassle. Maybe they should open before 10 am I don’t know but it didn’t seem like they cared and that is a turn off with a property management company. If they can’t make an appointment on time or can’t call you before an assigned showing etc. and let you know then what else can’t they do? I hate to write bad reviews but I want to make sure individuals know about this property management company. I always suggest to future renters or owners that are looking for a property management company to look up the companies license.

My husband’s job has us living overseas and we have been using RNB to manage our properties for the last 5 years.
Bethany and her team have been wonderful at managing every aspect of renting out our homes. They have a good balance of taking care of the owners and tenants needs. They immediately respond to any concerns that we or our tenants have and resolve issues quickly and professionally. Our tenants have been very happy with RNB.
I can’t say enough good things about their staff. They make me feel like a valued customer.
They do a great job at preparing property reports with photos, monthly and year end statements and advise us if the rental market has changed at the end of the lease.
I would recommend RNB to anyone who is looking for a property management company as an owner or tenant.

A very disappointing experience in the end as a Tenant.
Do not rent a home through this company. At move out time they nickeled and dimed us and charged us outrageous prices for labor and materials. My husband is a contractor and understands prices. We had a move out cleaning company along with a landscaper and left the home spotless. They still deducted over $ 350. Absolutely rediculous! We figured this is how they make their extra $$ to support their small business.
I will not refer RNB. If you do use them… take lots of pictures to protect your security deposit.

Our rental home (single residence) was just taken over by RNB, and my goodness, those folks are wonderful! Responsive, polite, respectful, and they stay in contact while working through issues with our rental.
This is a 100% unsolicited review and I have no connection to the company other than they manage the house we rent. We used to own a rental property in the valley, so we understand both sides of the story.
Couldn’t ask for a nicer group of people. If we ever move houses, I’m hoping to move to another of their properties.

RNB is a top notch ran office! I was the owner of a house under RnB management for over 4 years. From day number 1 till the end the entire staff was spectacular! I am talking anywhere from customer service over the phone, to in office visits & regular reports from their inspections they would perform on the property. If I had a concern with the tenants the staff at RnB would make it their concern. They have a great working relationship in the office and with each of their customers. Everyone was very personable, friendly and professional! I would recommend to anyone looking for a property to rent or for a property manager to go with RnB!
