Sally Beauty Supply

Came in with a few questions on bleaching and was given horrible service. Totally unproffesional, rude and very disrespectful. Will never be returning to this location again. The girls are supposed to be here to help. She looked angry to be there. Leave the attitude at home.

Horribly rude cashier. Didn’t say anything and just started ringing up my purchases. Gave her my info for the beauty club and she said I wasn’t a member, yet I have used it at 2 different sally’s before. Just kept saying «nope, nope.» I love sally’s and every other store has had great customer service. I won’t be back to this one anytime soon. Word of advice to the cashier– YOU WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, IF YOU DON’T LIKE HELPING CUSTOMERS THEN YOU SHOULD WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE!
On that note, other than the curmudgeon at the counter the store was clean and organized. Too bad I won’t be back.

Came here for help with my hair and the girls were so nice and helped! It’s always nice and neat and clean in there too. They have such a variety of different beauty supplies. Love it!

I love sallys beauty supply stores in general but this specific location … I went to and asked the associate what items I’d use to get my bleached blonde hair a silver/​grey color… she walked me down the correct isle and handed me a box that said shark blue then told me to grab a toner in ash blonde with 30 developer apply it after the blue and I will have my said result… yeah my hair didn’t turn out silver nor grey. It’s turquoise! !!!
I’m not sure if it’s standard that employees here are supposed to be educated and licensed.. but not only did I waste money but my hair looks ridiculous :(last time I’ll ask advice and go to this location. My hair is fried and looks like mermaid poop and I certintly don’t want to put anything else on my hair right now bevause of how bad my hair is breaking! I’m supposed to go on a cruise this week. I’ve never been so mad
Especially after talking to other hair dressers and finding out that the information she gave me was wayyyyy wrong … don’t trust this sallys to give you the correct hair info!
