I personally did not like the way I looked with the extensions. I did get complements but with my fair skin it only looked good when I was all done up with makeup etc. At that point you might as well use fake lashes. I had issues by the second day with lashes coming out and by day 5 some sticked up more than others and more fell out, looked kinda funky– but that’s all depending on how WELL u take care of them. No heat, water, steam, oil etc (hard to do in summer). The lady did a very good job at putting them on. I personally won’t be doing it again because it’s not in my budget to spend 100 $ on lashes and I lost some of my real ones when they fell off :/

I had an a fantastic experience at Flutter Lash Boutique. My lashes look extremely natural and are not heavy. She asked me what I was looking for and she gave it to me.
Tasha explains what she is doing before she does it and what to expect prior to the procedure. I cannot even explain how grateful I am with the services at Flutter. My lashes are finally done right. Eyebrows too.

I had eyelash extensions applied here for a special occasion. I bought a Groupon before I even saw the salon. The owner does set appointments up via text but she is busy with clients so if it works for her it works for me. I arrived on time as she sends a text saying if you are late you will forfeit the appointment. She was a little behind but I had to fill out paperwork (a consent!). The salon is a little back room in a storefront. The owner plays reggae music and has the salon decorated with a large picture of Bob Marley. We discussed what affect I was looking for & she went through the procedure. Once we started we chatted about her business, how she started, Hurricane Sandy, raising children etc. She was very friendly & it helped to pass the time. My only suggestion would be to offer a selection of music for individual clients, put a fresh paper towel on the pillow (I don’t like to put my head where other heads have been), and paper on the table (like a doctor’s office). My lashes were heavier than what I expected but weeks later most are still in. I would go back if she adopted suggestions for sanitary practices.

Worst experience ever!!! Totally unprofessional. One, the only way you can get through to them is to call a number which puts you to a voicemail that says you need to text them. Then prepare to go back & forth with them for days if not weeks for them to get back to you with a time that fits your needs. For me it was 13 days! Be prepared for them to tell you that they are booked for «weeks in advance». No wonder given their hours! Secondly, their hours are horrible. Tues-Fri 11am-6pm and if you are getting lashes applied for the first time it’s a 2 hour appt so in reality thats 11−4pm. So if you work a 9 – 5 job be prepared to basically give up a Saturday (hours are again 11 – 6). Also, keep in mind that you will have to go back for refills and will have to go through the experience of scheduling an appt again! Lastly, the owner Tasha is very rude and condescending. Even via text! Save your money if you dont want the hassle even if you are purchasing the $ 99 groupon which are most often available. Don’t dare pay the $ 350 value they claim it has as 2 ppl I know have gotten them (post me purchasing the groupon) have said they are not even worth the 99 bucks as their lashes were falling out in 2 weeks where their website claims to last «several months». Booha!
