I really feel like people need to know about this company. I’m constantly looking for trustworthy, honest, and fair priced repair folks. We needed to replace our fuse panel with a breaker box. We read some good reviews about Kirby and thought we’d give them a shot. So glad we did! Cory arrived right on time and I could tell instantly that he was a great guy. Very personable and easy to get along with. He told us exactly what needed to be done and took is through what was going to be placed where. After they finished, he walked us through all the work and what needed to be done next with regards to the County inspector and Pepco. Well, the County inspector showed up today and she was extremely impressed with their work. I could not recommend these people more

What a great company, so easy to work with, everybody at Kirby Electric of Rockville is great, consistently so, I’ve used them for at least 12 years. What they’ve done for me is repair work, ceiling fan installation, porch light, motion detectors… What is exceptional is the Customer Care. In a world of Big Box versus Nameless, the Homeowner, it’s refreshing to have that kind of neighborly dependable service… Most companies you need an appointment to Make an Appointment… Kirby’s estimator will run down the approximate cost of electrical work, you have a chance to phase it in, small jobs not a problem. Kirby is cost-​conscious, they don’t oversell the customer. Anything that they’ve installed has been quality. I haven’t had them for major appliance or communications wiring, I’d trust them with it. If it were anything complicated, I’d make a simple sketch of the room layout, or go to Google for an applet for room dimensions, or make a couple of photos to email. Take a look at Kirby Electric website, it is quality just like the company is. After dealing with another company without a satisfactory resolution. I found Kirby Electric through a recommendation. Ludwin just left and I can’t tell you how refreshing it was to see how throughly he worked. It is a rainy day and my problem is with outdoor lighting. I expected them to call and cancel. He was at my door at 9:00am. He spent time listening and sleuthing around outside and at the circuit box. He has fixed the immediate problem (not found by the first company I called) and left an estimate and recommendation for additional work, should we choose. Well done!
