History

Established in 2008.

Rosalini’s was originally created with the intention of serving fresh, creative dishes in a family-friendly space. It was this purpose that attracted Greg & Tara Brelinsky to take ownership in Dec 2015.

Childhood sweethearts, married after Greg’s graduation from The Culinary Institute of America, they made NC home & spent the next 2 decades raising their 8 children. Then along came Rosalini’s, the perfect opportunity to reignite Greg’s passion & grow a family business.

As new proprietors, our mission is to serve you like you’re family.

Meet the Business Owner

Greg B.

Business Owner

Greg’s love for food developed as a child assisting in the kitchen. He spent his teen years working his way up from dish washer to line cook in NJ. After serving as a food service specialist in the US Army (right out of high school), Greg attended The Culinary Institute in Hyde Park, NY.

After graduation he married his childhood sweetheart & they made NC their home. He continued to work in kitchens until his own dining room table began to fill-up with hungry bellies. He devoted the next 15 years to creating delicious, wholesome meals for his growing family of 8 children.

Now with sons venturing out in pursuit of their own vocations, the B’s started considering new possibilities, like a family business. Rosalini’s was the answer. Not only can Greg renew his passion for cooking (outside the familial circle), his children can exercise their own budding interests in business and the culinary arts alongside dad.
