Monarch Technical has been a première manufacturing job placement service for the last 2 decades. Our technical areas include: CNC Machining, Manual Machining, Electro /​Mechanical Technicians, Designing, Drafting, CNC Programming, QC Inspection, Engineering, Warehouse Personnel, and Other Technical Support.

History

Established in 1987.

Monarch Technical Services, Inc. began business on February 2, 1987. The founders of the company, while working for a national firm, found themselves drawn more and more towards the idea of forming their own business within this young industry of providing temporary and permanent employees to the manufacturing community in Metropolitan Chicago.

The motivation to open Monarch came as a result of the desire to control their business future. They joined the concepts of honest business ethic with caring quality in every transaction. Years of diligence and hard work brought recognition to Monarch as one of the premier Contract Engineering firms in the area.

Today we continue to operate Monarch with dedication toward building stronger relations with customers and, just as importantly, with our employees to inspire success and future growth for our organization.
