With over 15 years of Human Resources experience, it was a natural fit to own an Executive Search firm. Elsko was a completely established firm with over 30 years of history but all the Directors wanted to retire and needed to figure out their succession plan. Timing is everything! I bought the business in 2007 and began working on our Woman Owned Certification. Since then we have partnered with both public & private entities, ensuring that they have top notch employees and teams to grow their business.
