We had windows and siding installed 5 plus years ago by them. They used the foam backed siding. The house went from 80’s vertical wood panel slats to modern in a week. They added design touches and contracting colors that look awesome. Plus the price beat all my estimates by thousands. I am writing this review because in the past 5 years we have had small issues with the fascia and they were always quick to respond and repair with no questions asked. In the 60mph windstorm a few weeks ago a piece ripped off and they fixed it in a week. I would recommended them to anyone.

Very aggressive sales. All we did was talk on the phone. To give my full story, I scheduled an appointment I had to cancel to evaluate my siding, and that’s after months of aggressive phone calls. We decided to reconvene this week. I was in the middle of figuring out if I needed service or not, and while I understand that a business needs to close a deal, I was called four times in a row during business hours when I was unavailable. I thought my fucking dog died and it was my sitter calling, or some other emergency happened. Nope! It was Elite Remodeling wanting to talk about scheduling my appointment. I have voicemail.
I told them never to call me again and I hope they honor that because ever since I gave them the tiniest scrap of information half a year ago, they have repeatedly called me for months. It’s always the same girl and she talks incredibly fast and never lets you get a word in. It’s so aggressive it’s insulting.
I never even got to the point of service, and now never will.

We are looking to have our back door replaced, and Elite left a flyer on our mailbox so we called them (and other companies) for an estimate without much thought. BIG MISTAKE. After an increasingly aggressive and insulting 2-​hour pitch, we told Eric Smith (who said he was the sales manager) that we weren’t going to take his amazing same-​day decision discount, and he got even more aggressive and insulting. He made a call to the office (pretending to be checking on his next appointment) and then proceeded to talk about us in front of us! And suddenly the office suggested he could take another $ 500 off the price! Never have I been treated with such disrespect by a company trying to get my business. We promptly escorted him out (something we should have done an hour and 50 minutes earlier) and threw away the random piece of paper he wrote this estimate on. No lines items. No price list we could see. Just a janky iPad presentation and a unprofessional, bullying attitude.
Avoid Elite. Worst experience possible.

My wife and I are very disappointed in we knew we wanted Marvin casement windows with wood interior and the person who setup the call said they install all brands. Well when they showed up we learned they have their own proprietary brand and they only have vinyl interior. No wood options. The final price was 50% more than the Marvin Integrity windows.
I understand why they sent the person out, we may change our mind on what we want.
Just know that they have their own manufactured windows «eZone» and not the industry standard Marvin, Pella, Andersen windows.

This company does great work. Their products and services are excellent at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this group if you looking to remodel.

I called them for an estimate for a job that would cost several thousand dollars. I visited their booth at a community fair and they seemed very eager to take my business however they cancelled on me three times. They gave multiple reason each time. Also, they will not see you unless you and your spouse are available together. After about the third cancellation I decided they really don’t want my business. If I was the owner of this company I’d be upset my employees were passing on people who are ready and willing to commit.

Great work very honest. Highly recommend. Pay attention to the estimate. I was helpings neighbor and noticed their estimate was much more clear than the other company they had out.

I was thinking of remodeling my kitchen, but after the 2 plus hours of sales pitch, and being insulted by the salesman because I wouldn’t commit that same day, I decided that I would never do business with this company. Beware because they try their hardest for you to sign that same day they go to your house. And if you. want to think about it, the salesman gets defensive and insults you. I will never do business that has to stoop as low as to insult a potential customer.

Overall I would say they did a nice job as well. The sales presentation was maybe a little long, but I did feel he was sharing valuable information and actually saved us from a bit of a whiff when it can to one particular project. They showed up when they were supposed to, were done basically on time and their workers did seemed to stay on task for the most part. They definitely have a really cool window that works great for two story houses. Being accident prone, the last thing I wanted was to have to get on a ladder to have to clean windows and theirs tilt in. I should note that this is second family home we own with my brothers and we did all agree that Elite was the best company for the job. kudos!

Have a family home in this area and called multiple companies for quotes. I am not familiar with any «word of mouth» companies since I call Florida my home. I setup a few appointments at my house with different companies and they all seemed to use the same sales tactics. I felt comfortable with Elite Remodeling and they were very accommodating with me since I was traveling back and forth between there and Florida. Everything was done as they said it would be done and I was very happy with the results. I did bring up one concern to them and they made sure it was done to my satisfaction without it ever becoming an issue which I really appreciated. If I need anything else done I will use them again.

We also just had a long-​winded pitch from a salesman with a powerpoint on an iPad. It was very high pressure with urgency to close the sale today. When we offered that we would like to look for some other quotes before deciding, he became very defensive and appeared angry. He was upset that we wanted to have additional quotes and didn’t understand why «anyone would want more than one quote.» He also stated that if we signed today he could drop the price, but wouldn’t hold it for us if we continued to look around, which is really suspect. The product looked good, but it didn’t at all seem worth the negativity or the pressure. We will not be using this company, and urge others to look around before even committing to hearing the pitch.
We’ve used many contractors and companies in the last year to work on our house, and this is by far to most negative and borderline aggressive experience we’ve had in obtaining a quote.

I just went through the same high pressured sales pitch last night with Elite Remodeling. Although thorough, it was way too long and the rep failed to discover our needs. Also, the price was lowered by $ 900.00 dollars if we signed at that time. I would have respected them more if he didn’t discount the price. There wasn’t a reference list or warranty he could leave with us. Everything was on an Ipad. We wouldn’t even know where our copy of the quote would come from as it was a single ply paper. I also fail to understand why they would have to come back for another appt if there was a quote. Their thought process is it saves them money if they don’t have to keep coming out for additional appointments, so they will only discount the price if you sign the night of the presentation. If you’ve quoted and gone over all information and picked the product and design, why would you have to come out again? All I have to do is call and say yes to the sale. The only price they will hold for 1 year is a price that was $ 600.00 dollars higher than the first discount; high pressure sales and not worth it. I agree with the other poster that you really wonder what the product is worth to begin with if they can discount almost $ 1,000,00 in a few minutes. Beware!

The sales guy that came out was good, informative but like always what you’re promised is not what is delivered…
Put the order on 3/​31, the sales guy assured us that the windows wouldn’t be a problem with the blinds we had and that it would fit no problem. Great how about sliding doors. Elite’s selection is worst than Menards?! Truly. Sure if you like the whole choice of 1, yes exactly 1. But hey we wanted them done at the same time and I didn’t want to deal with another set of contractors/​dates etc. Gave a deposit check and…
Actually had to call to find out what’s going on?! 3 weeks after giving a deposit someone came out to measure the windows and again ASSURED us that the blinds wouldn’t be a problem. The windows will be made and someone will get back to you.
And… had to call again to find out what’s going on?! So gave a deposit on ³⁄₃₁ and got the windows installed on 5/​24, what a speedy outfit huh? But that wasn’t the best. We were told the installers were to be there at 8am and take 2 – 3 hours. And hey 3 times makes a trend? We had to call to find out where the installers were at 9am. When they get there? Yes, the blinds won’t fit and it’s a problem. 2 – 3 calls to their ‘support supervisor’ and it’s suddenly not a problem. Oh and it took them till 4pm to install everything.
So in summary:
— Communication w/​Elite Remodeling Group: Worst I’ve ever experienced for the money I spent.
— Selection of product: with regards to sliding doors, go somewhere else unless you like the complete lack of choices.
— Customer follow-​up: non-​existent, they seem to like to take the money and not call back.
— Installers: Slow as dirt and not as skilled as what is promised in the sales call.

So I thought it fair to post an update after my awful experience a couple weeks ago. Since then, one of Elite’s partners called me to apologize for my experience and offered to personally meet with me for a consultation. I understand why they want to have both homeowners present for consultations, because it can get complicated, but we agreed that sometimes that just isn’t possible and their phone staff will be instructed not to push it quite so stubbornly in those circumstances.
For our consultation, I was pleasantly surprised to see a mock-​up photo of what our house could look like with some help from Elite. Usually this type of service is something you would pay for with an architect, so it was a nice touch and not something normal general contractors would give you for an estimate. We discussed a variety of different exterior materials for our home, and Elite was thoughtful and offered many suggestions and options for us to consider that we hadn’t before. During our second meeting to reveal the quote and see siding options, we thought the prices were reasonable, considering many of the materials are custom and/​or eco-​certified to save you energy costs.
We aren’t sure yet if we will go ahead and work with Elite for our exterior remodeling project, but they will be a consideration in our decision. Definitely worth a call to investigate your options.

From the first day when they told me both my spouse and I need to both be present for an estimate, which was over 2 years ago, at which time I told them to go pound sand; up until today, when I still receive harassing phone calls from their people, who probably couldn’t pass a first grade English test, this company is nothing but a harassing bunch of incompetent children. Steer very clear of these crooks!!!
