I can’t say enough about this place. Greg and the other staff know their products and give great customer service. I have stopped in twice on tight turns and Greg was able to fix my bag ASAP.
I recently had a problem with an item I purchased from the web store. Greg there replied promptly to my email and took ownership of the problem. Greg and the company stood behind and supported a 3rd party product that they had no legal obligation to back. I had the product in question replaced in record time without a problem or BS.
The stop over store on the web and in DTW understand customer service. This is something sadly lacking in business today. I happy to say this is one company that does get it and treats it’s customers right.
