Curcio Law Group LLC is comprised of former «big firm» attorneys who provide businesses and individuals with unsurpassed legal services at competitive pricing. The firm was established in January 2011 by Ben Curcio, who has since been joined by David M. Delinko, Aristotle G. Mirzaian and Paul F. Campano.

We specialize in partnership dissolution, business breach of contract and fraud matters, commercial landlord tenant and property management litigation, insurance defense and coverage litigation, foreclosure prosecution and defense, banking litigation, franchise litigation, title insurance defense litigation, consumer fraud litigation, and plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. We also offer general corporate and real estate transactional services.

Mr. Curcio is the founder of Curcio Law Group LLC. He focuses his practice on client matters in a wide range of industries in the areas of business disputes, complex commercial litigation, insurance defense, construction litigation, financial services litigation, real estate litigation and general civil litigation. Mr. Curcio also maintains an active docket of cases for individuals, including plaintiff personal injury cases. He primarily practices in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York, but has been admitted pro hac vice to prosecute and defend matters for clients throughout the country. Prior to founding Curcio Law Group LLC, Mr. Curcio was an attorney at an AmLaw 200 law firm, where he represented businesses, large and small, and individuals in a wide array of matters.
