I commissioned TNT Window Tinting to tint my 350z five years ago. The tint did not bubble up, and it remains in perfect condition until this day. As a result, I decided to call TNT Window Tinting to work on a new car I just purchased. The tint professional that arrived to my house was Alan. Before arriving, Alan had given me a few options. I could not decide at the time, so I had him bring over the selections that I was considering. Alan was more than accommodating. He brought the said selections over to my home, and we talked some more on the benefits and risks of having one tint over the other. Alan’s patience astounded me. I could not have asked for a better experience of deciding which tints to use. In addition to Alan’s professionalism, he gives you the confidence of trusting his work and products. For example, after the installation, the driver-​side window had a large scratch on the film. Upon learning this, I phoned Alan; and, he scheduled a revisit at his earliest convenience. Alan is extremely knowledgeable about tints. In order to keep his overhead low, he does not carry a large variety of inventory. However, the inventory he carries is top notch. I honestly disagree with some reviewers that his prices aren’t the cheapest. For the price-​to-​service ratio, you are definitely getting a fair price, meaning that cheap can come with extra costs (headaches down the road). I would use Alan again for my future car purchases. Also, Alan provided me with a receipt and appropriate warranties. Professional services comes down to communicating expectations. I asked for the invoice and warranty information; Alan provided them to me.

I’ve been getting my exotics, classic, and even my daily cars done here for years. Unlike my past experience with other shops, TNT does NOT cut corners, they do not do shady work, they do CLEAN and professional work.
This place won’t be the cheapest you find, but it’s not the most expensive either. Really for mobile service you can’t beat the door to door service and the quality work you get is priceless!

I’m sad to say I had a very bad experience with Alan. Firstly he only does mobile tinting and the apartment building I live in doesn’t let us do it there. I asked if I could come to him the next day and he said yes. Turned out he wasn’t able to make our appointment. So two days later I came to him at 1:30 and was told it would take 2 – 3 hours. Well he took a cigarette break every 5 minutes and kept talking to me instead of doing his job. Don’t get me wrong I enjoy to chat but if you can’t talk and work at the same time then just work. Anyways it took him until 5:45pm to finish because he had to redo the one window 3 times… He made a huge mess and I ended up having to detail the car myself after he was done because he took too long. Also my quarter windows he didn’t have a tool thin enough to get the film fully applied supposedly and basically gave up on doing it. Anyways as I drove away I noticed the rear window film looked odd. I contacted him and he said it’s because of my defrosters are raised… This is my 4^th car I’ve had tinted so I know that is Bs. I kept contacting him about it and he basically ignored me so I went to a different shop here in Pasadena called G5 and the guy came and looked and agreed with me that it looks like the film is either defective or was at the end of the roll. Anyways I’m now having to pay more money to have my tinting redone. If you want quality work then DO NOT GO HERE!!! I’m sorry but I want to save people money and time! I can’t afford to be having to do this but I was having a hard time driving at night because of it :(oh and he didn’t even provide a receipt or invoice or anything yet somehow guarantees a warranty. That doesn’t make sense. Wouldn’t you need a warranty card of some sort? The place I went to get my windows redone actually charges less than the guy and its Llumar film with is way better quality!!!

Props to Allen, detailed work and true professionalism. It was a little windy at time blowing up some dust. He pulled the film multiple times and started again. Im sure many places would save their film. Alan came to my work and hooked it up in a couple of hours. Great prices and service.

Alan is meticulous with his work, He tinted both my cars in 1 session, I am very happy with the outcome of the tints on the cars. I would recommend him to my friends in a heart beat, great cool guy who does great work and stands by it.

It is not often but once in a while, you run into professional like Alan who takes pride in his work. The job he did on my car is way more than I can ask for.
In a good way, he spent 5 hours tinting my car. I never expected anyone spending more than 2 hours. So one can only imagine the great attention to detail that Alan pays.

Alan was awesome. He comes to you which is incredibly convenient and did my windows while I was able to study for finals. Andddd his prices were lower than any other place I spoke to! So great! We called Alan yesterday and even with such short notice he came out today to tint our Honda Fit.
I can’t stress how careful and meticulous he was while he was doing the installation. He really took the time to make sure each of the nine windows were perfect. He cleaned the car thoroughly inside and out and wherever there was a trace of water from the install. He didn’t leave a single stray blade or piece of cut tint anywhere and even took the scraps with him to dispose of.
I would recommend Alan for the simple fact that he can travel to your place of residence which is extremely convenient. It’s an added bonus that he’s a really nice guy who is also very careful, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

I’ve been getting windows tinted for going on 30 years and know a thing or two about how its done and who’s good. Alan is good, he knows what he’s doing and did a great job on my new Focus.
I’ve pretty much exclusively used another company for years, but Vegas is a bit out of the way and the last few trips up I haven’t had the time to leave my car for the day. TNT comes to you, and in my case had the job done in a bit over 2 hours.
Very nicely done, good clean up and care instructions. Even left me a microfiber towel for cleaning the windows when they need being done!

I got my car tinted somewhere in canoga park and they did a great job, but since I moved more inland and wanted to tint my rear windows and trunk window darker, I found TNT tinting and they were able to come to my apartment parking carport. It took a few hours, but it was pretty convenient.

I picked Alan because he was willing to travel and prices were better than his competitors. He came to my house on a Sunday to tint a sliding glass door in my high-​rise loft. He did great job, because he’s been doing this for 30 years. Will use him for all tinting from now on.

TNT window tinting is the business! I spoke with Alan the owner on saturday to try to setup an appointment, but he was already busy for the day. The point Alan won me over was when he said he would come to my place on sunday and tint my car. My brand new 13′ Civic SI, red with the darkest tint (20%) came out amazing. Alan is super meticulous, detailed, and super clean (he made sure he cleaned up his mess, and he did a quick detail of my car when he was done with everything, so he could clean up the water marks)…He has been doing this for 30plus yrs. and you can tell by his efficiency, skill, and tricks of the trade. Alan is a nice, cool, honest, and a true professional. His price was on par with tint shops where u had to take your car to… Alan’s mobile service puts him above all else with his professionalism, skill, and friendliness. My car came out so good, that i had him do my wife’s SUVs driver and passenger windows. The suv came out great as well! I vouch for TNT tinting anytime. Thanks Alan, i will see you again!

Just had my 2013 Camry SE tinted by Alan and I am more than pleased with the results! People have said that his rates are higher (which isn’t true) but it was something I accepted because of his workmanship and detail. Regardless, his quote was the same if not better than the tint shops around the Rosemead area.
There are so many positive things to say about Alan and his services. I had my windows tinted all-​around (front, rear, and back) with the 35% film (med) and it looks phenomenal on my white Camry with black interior. Expect about a 2.5−3 hr work window if you want your tint done RIGHT. Don’t rush the guy, as this does not help ANYONE. If you want your car done in an hour, then go a tint shop elsewhere.
For those that don’t know how tinting works, the first step is to get the measurements from the outside of the car, this is why Alan asks you to WASH your car. Trust me, this is for your car’s own good because it will reduce the amount of dust and debris that may end up in the tint later on… also if you have a garage, let him work in there.
Alan backs up his work with a lifetime guarantee if there are any bubbles or imperfections (obviously if there is a speck or two, this is expected because its all done by hand). Again the best part about his tinting is Mobile service. This allows you to do whatever you want at the comfort of your home.
I’ll be posting up some pictures of my car soon. HIGHLY recommend Alan for price and quality of tinting. I’ve already recommended him to my friends and I also recommend anyone reading this to stop shopping around and just let Alan tint your windows. Sure, if you get a quote of 10 dollars less somewhere else, trust me, in the end you get what you pay for.

I just bought a new Honda Accord and drove to Vegas last month. The sun was so hot on me and my passengers in the back that I decided I needed to get the money together and get my windows tinted. Alan gave me a good deal since I am a return client and he did a great job as I knew he would. I was also glad that he was flexible with my schedule and was happy to do my windows in the late afternoon since I am usually busy with errands during the day! I just recommended him to my friend Lupe and I am sure she will be very pleased with his work. I am also going to have him do my sliding back door of my home since the sun is messing up my nice Ralph Lauren leather chairs! Thank you TNT Window Tining!!!

Eek! Me thinks not is exactly right. I called this guy on a friday night at 8 seeing what his rates and times were. I was pretty skeptical that he would still be open at that time so when he answered I asked when HE was free. He said around 1 tomorrow so I agreed and before I hung up i made sure he would call the next day to verify the time. It is currently 3 and no call whatsoever. I was okay with that and thought he might be busy because i called the week before and he told me he had been to huntington and malibu tinting that day. Well just now i look him up and he is tweeting about videos and what not. I gave this dude two chances. People rarely get a second chance in life. DO NOT USE THIS GUY.

Alan did a fantastic job of tinting our car windows. I don’t know why you’d ever go to a physical place in Rosemead or Alhambra when Alan comes to your house or apartment. His prices are right in line, if not cheaper, than the places with a shop.
The quality was outstanding — perfect cuts all around and no bubbles anywhere. Each sedan took about 2.5 hours, but since he’s at your place the duration isn’t a big deal.
