Manager

Chef de Cuisine Cash Clopton gathers inspiration from varied experience and a distinct background. At a young age, Cash became transfixed with the culinary arts. He learned the intricacies of flavor, quality and fresh ingredients at the respected Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institutes in Las Vegas and Atlanta. Following tenure at a specialty farm-​to-​table restaurant, Cash went on to work in a multitude of high-​end establishments such as private resorts, fine dining restaurants and country clubs where he mastered many styles and techniques.

At Fresco 21, Chef Clopton’s unique talent and taste drive the menu and its innovative Mediterranean offerings. Cash stands out for his abilities to create complex and classic dishes with balance using seasonal ingredients. If you visit Fresco 21, make sure to say hello to Chef.
