I agree with reviewer Michael regarding DSC at this Roseville galleria. Don’t let this short indian lady who works there talk to you or even attempt to demonstrate on you… once she does, you are almost forced to buy the product. I felt sooooo pressured that I was not able to think fully through. Oh and did I mention, no refunds, so once you hand over your cash or card to them, you mula is officially out the door to this cruddy business. The lady tries to jack the price up and says she will sell you the large size(2 year supply) of the skin tightening product for the price of the small size. Well guess what? I researched online and the quoted«discounted» price she gave me IS the normal price of the large one. Can you imagine if she actually sold the original quoted price at about $ 300−400…i think nots lady. I went back a few days later and she said, no refunds, but to call the customer service number if I demanded for a refund. I called the number twice, both times, no answer; left messages and never received a single call back. AVOIDTHISPLACEATALLCOST. HOPETHEYRUNOUTOFBUSINESSSOON!

I met Alon at ardent mall kiosk and he demonstrated some of the skin products on my hand. The salt scrub made my hand feel extremely soft and clean. He even applied on some butter that added moisture to my hands. Alon is very knowledgeable about skin care and beside from that is also is very funny. It was a very good conversation with him. I highly recommend going to him about body and face skin care. He will not disappoint you.

My wife and I got stopped by Alon at the kiosk and he sampled some products on my wife. She was very impressed with the results, because other products she uses don’t do what she wants and she keeps spending money to buy more products. But now with this product, even though pricey, it works well and lasts a long time, so I don’t have to take her shopping so often for new products.

BUYERBEWARE! I purchased product from one of DSC’s(also under the name, Adore) retail outlets at the Galleria Mall in Roseville, California, with the promise that I was getting an amazing deal! Ha… yeah right. I went home and looked up the products on line and found that I was completely lied to by the sales rep in regards to the price of these products. I called the Deep Sea Cosmetics office in Miami, FL to make them aware of the misrepresentation that was taking place at one of their outlets, and the response I received was by far the most shocking statement I’ve ever heard from a customer rep. When I called and explained the circumstances and how I felt scammed, the girl that answered the phone, without hesitation, immediately stated, «They don’t offer refunds.» That threw me off guard to say the least. This girl didn’t even care to know any further details, nor did she seem shocked in any way. In fact, I didn’t even get so much as an apology, or the feeling that she even cared. She told me that I didn’t have to buy the product, and that I could have«researched» the product before purchasing it. When I explained to this girl that the sales rep misrepresented the price by over $ 100 and that I could have bought all the products from the DSC website for cheaper, the girl stated to me that the outlets have to charge more because they have to pay for shipping. Shipping??? Are you kidding me?!! I asked her, «Aren’t you concerned that people are making your brand name look bad?» Without hesitation, she said, «Those are franchise businesses and we have no control in what they say or how they sell the product.» «You purchased the product of your own free will.» Really? That’s your answer to theft by deception?!! She then proceeded to tell me that all the other websites that sell DSC products are selling«expired» or «black market/after market» product, and that is why it’s cheaper. I said to her that it was from your own website… she then stated the«high cost of shipping» crap again. This«girl» was so condescending and dismissive, and blatantly rude, I knew immediately that I had been scammed and that Deep Sea Cosmetics most likely receives these calls on a daily basis. Take in mind… this is the Headquarters of DSC in the U.S. that I called! So once again, BUYERBEWARE! You will get told all kinds of stuff about how this product will help you, you will receive loads of compliments, and you will be taken advantage of, if you pay what these outlets are charging. Unfortunately for me, I was duped… learn from my mistakes! If I can help one person not get scammed, then I’ll sleep a little easier! Deep Sea Cosmetics at the Galleria Mall in Roseville… SHAMEONYOU!
