Chris has consistently been one of the area’s top producing agents selling in excess of 60 homes per year. His vast experience in the area combined with working through many different real estate markets has allowed him to develop the expertise and knowledge to advise buyers and sellers in all situations.

History

Established in 1997.

Real Estate is in the family blood. My grandmother was a Realtor in the Bay Area. My father invested in real estate. All my brothers are involved in real estate development or construction. So the career shift from agriculture to real estate sales was a natural one for me.

After 12 years working in production agriculture, the time was rip to make the transition. Since making the change, it has been nothing but growth.

After my first full year in real estate sales, I was named Rookie of the Year and earned Master Club with the Sacramento Association of Realtors.

Since that first year, I have been fortunate to consistently sell in excess of 60 homes per year. Both through good and bad markets.

It has been a fantastic career and I look forward to future growth.

Meet the Business Owner

Chris D.

Business Owner

Born in San Francisco, my parents moved the family to Marysville at the age of 1. From there they moved us to a small ranch in a little town called Browns Valley. So I was raised on a ranch in the Sierra Foothills.

Coming from a large family with a large interest in sports, we all learned to ski at early ages. We also spent summers water skiing, camping, windsurfing, and just about any activity imaginable.

In addition, being raised on a ranch in a farming community, I developed and strong interest in production agriculture. Therefore, I attended Cal Poly University and graduated with a degree in Agricultural Management.

After 12 years in production agriculture, it was time for a career change. Real estate was the natural shift since we have a long family history in the industry.

Currently, I live in Roseville/​Granite Bay with my wife and daughter. Our passions and interest include Road Cycling, Skiing, & Traveling. In addition, my wife has a passion for education and art.
