However, this review is about the spa, not the website.
I found mark to be very helpful and kind on the phone. He figured out what the best facial option for me would be (since the site is No help).
I was told I was signing up for a 60 minute facial.
I came in 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I went in at 5, changed, and after about 3−5min she came in and Began.
I was out at 5:47.
I found this to be upsetting.
Clearly she was rushed because they close at 6– that’s not my fault. Put another layer or so of cream on my face and make me at least feel that I am getting the experience I paid for, otherwise only charge me 75%.
In addition, she did maybe 5 extractions. I understand that maybe I should have asked for more, but she even told me I had a very congested (meaning tons of black heads) nose. Then do something about it!!!
I just feel that my 60 minute facial was cut short in multiple ways and therefore I got in my car feeling simply cheated. I still tipped 20% which I regretted because again, I feel cheated. That’s the only way to describe it.
3 stars for mark being the man and for about 42 minutes of awesomeness.
UPDATE: Kristen has amazing customer service. She contacted me within 24 minutes of my review. I can very happily immediately change from 3 to 4 stars.

This place is great! I started going since December 2015. Haley has done my facials since! She is amazing!!! I’ve never had a facial done anywhere else before, but I know for a fact that girl does an amazing job at them! She really takes her time and is gentle. She cares about her clients and even though they may try selling you some of the skin care line they carry at the salon, I recommend you invest buying some of the things they suggest because they are good products. Haley recommended me the Clear Cell face wash for my acne prone skin, and it has been such a great product for my face! 60 $ a month for a membership may seem a bit pricey, but getting treated to get a facial done each month really makes you feel pampered and relaxed. Plus, if you don’t feel like going that month, your credits roll over to the next and you can save up your credits to do a big spa day with anything else the salon offers. I really hope I don’t have a bad experience here, because so far I am loving this place and the friendly staff :)

I am so excited that my esthetician Haley that I started with all the way back when is back! I recently got my eyebrows and lip waxed again by Haley a few weeks ago, and I asked her what type of facial I should do. Of course she knew the exact one I should have, and I am about to do the Iluma facial that targets my dark spots as well as a microderm to take all the dead skin away! Thank you Haley, and it’s so nice to have you back at Faces 365!

Thy really care less about their staff and their returning clients. I spent over $ 1800 here within since November of 2014. I was supposed to come in today for my last facial with them with my favorite and ONLY esti and they let her go this morning because she had a BETTER offer elsewhere. And I had to call them about the issue, were they expecting me to show up and waste my time getting there and have to reschedule??? I had to contact them first. Hoping they refund me my stupid membership fee and prepaid micro — Doubt it because once again they don’t care. They don’t give a s*** about their staff and they mistreat them and don’t pay them near enough for what they are worth. I’m in this form of industry and its not fair that any employee has to be afraid of putting in a two weeks notice because they will FIRE THEM ON THE SPOT!!! Don’t go here unless you want a crazy turn over of esti’s and no results unless you spend thousands of dollars and hours doing this. I came every two (or three weeks max) for a year… Barely any results. Leslie. So sad to see you go, but good luck on your new life AWAY FROM HERE!!! Won’t be back. Ever. Again. Very disappointed. No bang for your buck.

I highly recommend 365 Faces in Roseville, CA. Everyone was friendly and the Aestheticians were very knowledgeable. My facial was relaxing and my skin looked amazing! I look forward to going back on a regular basis.

Angela is truly amazing! Not only is she professional and kind but she really knows her craft. I 100% recommend setting up a consultation with her!

In response to Kristen K.‘s rebuttal to my review:
I took her call only because it was placed from a blocked number. Had I known it was a company that I was unsatisfied with and had cancelled my membership, I would not have answered the call. When I’m done with a company, I’m done. I rarely place reviews, so when I do, there is a pretty compelling reason. Interesting how the reply to my review fails to mention that the owner admitted that the initial handling was not the correct way and she should have just refunded the associated fees. Just my opinion, but the only reason I was «offered» a free facial was simply a business move to save face and rebut my statements. Just another unprofessional move from an unprofessional establishment. Hopefully I will not be contacted again as I will be forced to explore other options so as to prevent it from happening again.

The Owner reached out to me and seems genuinely interested in my experience. While I may not use their services any longer, I appreciate that there is someone at the business who handles things in a respectful, customer friendly manner.

Yes, I am a fan. I like the fact that I can try different estheticians. I also would recommend the products they use. Very professional and well organized schedules.

I love this place! Amazing staff and great services. I get microderm abrasion on a regular basis and I have had outstanding results. Hailey is especially great, super friendly and professional.

Kristen the owner is sweet with great customer service. I have not met her in person, will have a facial set up soon and will hopefully have an awesome experience to were I can change this to 5 stars.

Had my first facial at Faces 365 and had an excellent experience. Angela was professional and gave some great advice on how to improve my skin.

I am a member and see Gina every 4 weeks and she is the best! Very professional and takes care of you! I highly recommend it.

I go here often for waxing /​microdermabrasion somewhat often. You can not beat the price if you are a member. I have had an inconsistent experience, hence the 4 star reviews. Sometimes I get a girl that’s amazing, sometimes I get a girl that is lacking. So I just can’t give 5 stars on the service. However the ambience, and staff are always pleasant and friendly. When you wait for your service in the hallways, they have a nice waterfall that allows for a very tranquil and calming prequel to your service. I often come straight from work so I need that minute to decompress !

I’m really happy there’s a place like 365, in Roseville! Great aestheticians, great products, relaxing atmosphere. The price is certainly right — I love that it’s a monthly program, it keeps me disciplined about my skincare regimen. I always look forward to visiting, and would recommend it to anyone wanting to look their best.

I have been a member since January 2012. The staff were very accommodating. I’ve tried other aestheticians from the spa but I like Jenna the most. She’s very thorough, and she makes me feel relaxed after my session.

After being a member there I have been lied to twice! first they told me I could just discontinue my yearly service at any time! Not true. You have to come in and sign a ridiculous form! Then it takes 40 days to be done! they said I could use up my $ 200 credit on product or on facials. Again not true! they said I could only get facials and within the 30 day before the form

Either their personnel are not trained on their store policy or they only like to tell you portions of the service and what they provide and what they do not provide. I found them to be very inefficient and I don’t like to be lied to.

. It was wonderful! Yes, I was approached shortly after treatment to sign up. It was a bit annoying but I did, as I enjoy taking care of myself by doing nice things for my skin, etc.
Since signing up I have gone regularly, every other 2 – 4 month to get a facial! Their Daily Tint is awesome! I love their products and have had many if their Image Facials. I love that they do eye lashes there now, so much fun. Great for holiday parties or anytime! Plus, you really do save a lot of $$$.
I have had a few different estheticians, some don’t work there anymore. That’s always sad, when you find someone that knows you & your skin. I go to Gina, she’s very knowledgable and pleasant personality. I highly recommend her !! Also make sure you know how long the aesthetician has been licensed, there have been some that are just starting off. I also hear Angela’s good too! It’s time to make an facial & lash appt too!
I think it would great if we could use our points towards the merchandise too! Also, if this location did the BodyTone I think it would increase sells & customers too!

I wasn’t greeted when I walked in but the receptionist was helping someone else. Once she got to me she was friendly. I just got my eyebrows waxed and overall it was a pleasant experience. When I checked out I was told about their membership program but it wasn’t in a pushy way.
Overall, a great experience.
