I’ve been searching far and wide for that close-​to-​perfect suit (Macy’s, Express, Kohl’s, Men’s Warehouse, etc.), and I never would’ve thought I would find the jacket/​blazer here.
Walking in, it was quite the juxtaposition of products. On the right side, you get the casual wear: hoodies, t-​shirts, jeans, sports jackets, and I think I might’ve seen basketball jerseys as well. On the left side, you see the formal wear: business suits, ties, bow ties, blazers, slacks.
My goal was to add your regular black top in the closet (it goes with pretty much everything, and it requires minimum to no effort matching, which is especially fitting for your «I missed the alarm» work days.). I struck gold when I saw a Carlo Lusso 2-​button solid black — measured perfectly (sleeves, shoulder, waist…), and just the color I was looking for. I bought the set, so I had the slacks tailored right then and there.
The gentleman that helped me out was nice enough to do the alterations within 20 minutes, free of charge as well. That definitely saved me the trouble of having to go to another shop, pay extra, and wait 2 – 3 days for it.
