This is the worst food I have ever been served at a restaurant. I ordered a 32 once won ton soup, steamed rice and mixed vegetables in a light sauce. The rice was good; the soup was loaded with a few won tons and a piece or two of chicken and the vegetables were mushy and over cooked served in what tasted like dishwater.

I’ve eaten here twice, and enjoyed it both times. My favorite thing is the Kung Pao beef. The Kung Pao beef complete with zucchini, is one of the best things I’ve ever had. It’s really tasty. And aside from the 50 cent fee for using a credit card, which is practically medieval, this is a good place to eat.

**review for soup only** I recently had surgery & can only have soup broth. I figured that egg drop soup would be a yummy, cheap treat. I ordered a large egg drop soup to go & picked it up a few minutes later. $ 7.21!?? For Soup! That just seems ridiculous in my opinion. Plus, it was filled with quartered tomatoes. Once i stained that out, half of the carton was gone. It just wasnt worth it for me.

The spring rolls and qyoza are a joke. All there is in the spring rolls is cabbage, and the cabbage is clear, wtf? Same with the gyoza. JUST cabbage, it tastes like it’s stuffed with ripped up wet napkin. Not going here again, I recommend the silver dragon on sunrise.

The best orange chicken in the area. I would rate it a five if all the other dishes stood out from other Chinese restaurants. I would go just for the Orange chicken

After a long hiatus, we decided to patronize the long standing Panda Restaurant in West Roseville again. We have, in fact, dined there a number of times in the past few months. The food is consistently good, fairly priced and the service friendly and prompt. It is puzzling though, that we’ve always gone during the hours that would be considered peak time and have never found more than one to two other tables occupied with diners. One can only conclude that this small, family owned and operated business is doing a brisk lunch and take out business. This restaurant has been in business at the same location for easily two decades. That does bring me to feel compelled to say something about the photos displaying a number of their signature dishes that have been taped very unprofessionally to the exterior windows that seems to coincide with the same date the restaurant celebrated its grand opening. These photos have deteriorated and have faded by the sun to such a degree that they have become frankly unappetizing in color and presentation. They certainly create a bad impression to diners and potentially non diners by clearly not accurately depicting a restaurant that has served a consistently good product since its inception.

. This is where we go when we get Chinese food in Roseville. It is very affordable, especially at lunch. We love their pork egg fu young. Also we like their Mushu Vegetable. There soups are good. Everything we have eaten here has been very tasty. It is best to order to go because they have better service for togo orders, of course the food is better when eating in.

Wow, it’s been quite some time since we’ve been here for lunch specials. Went here this past weekend and I think it was like $ 5 – 6 for a lunch plate, which includes your choice of soup(had the egg drop and the hot & sour soup). Ordered the salt and pepper chicken. and wife had the walnut shrimp. The walnut shrimp was just okay. There is this place that I can’t remember the name that makes the best Walnut Shrimp in the world! Just can’t seem to remember for the life of me. Oh well. The salt & pepper was VERYGOOD. I was surprised. The chicken was fresh, it was mainly dark meat, which keeps it’s juiciness. Breast chicken usually just dries out. It was light and crispy. The batter was very nice! It has a good balance in saltiness and peppery. I was planning on bringing some home, but ended up eating the whole plate! We also ordered for take out the vegetables egg foo young. This was already really good when we had it for dinner later on that evening. The service was also great. I had 2 different people offer me more water a total of 4 times. They were very nice. Also, we were the only ones left in the restaurant as it was like 130pm. Would I come here again? Don’t know why we don’t more frequently. It’s super cheap and the food is really good, at least the salt & pepper chicken and the egg foo young.

Great food with authentic items and quick service. Their egg drop soup is some of the best around. There’s never anybody in the restaurant which is crazy but the staff is nice and relaxed.

Completely obsessed … One of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. I usually get the set and sour chicken with the sauce on the side … Their chicken is so crispy and delicious and the won ton soup is the bomb

The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Refilled our drinks at half a glass. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Servings were more than generous! Restaurant was clean. We will definitely eat here again!

This place went downhill. The chow mein is mainly just noodles, no bean sprouts. The meat side dishes are full of fat and even gristle. Disgusting. Had to spit most of it out. I won’t go back again. Rip off.

We love this place! My husband LOVES the Egg Drop Soup and Pot Stickers. I love the Cream Cheese Won Tons and Honey Walnut Chicken and Prawns. We have tried several places in Roseville and this one is our favorite.

We’ve eaten here a couple of times and really liked the food. Good Cashew chicken and chow mein, along with egg rolls.

Went to this place for the weekend lunch special one day. While it was a large amount of food for the price it wasn’t very flavorful at all. The sweet and sour pork I got was like 80% breading and I could taste all the oil in it. It made me sick to my stomach. I couldn’t eat more than a couple bites of the meat. The fried rice was not great. The only part of the meal that I semi enjoyed was the hot and sour soup, and even that was a little congealed and kind of unappealing. The only reason I’m giving two stars and not one is because the people that worked there were friendly.

Interior was kind of a dump. Food was not bad but when I left I had that omg feeling like I are something bad. like, if I puked id feel better. It was cold inside. Do you have to be that stingy to turn on the heat on a freezing outside day. staff was nice.

Solid lunch specials for a low price. We shared the Mongolian beef and orange chicken. I would say the beef was really really really good. I loved that it was so savory and not doused in oyster sauce. There was a perfect amount of onions in it. The orange chicken didn’t do it for me at all, lots of breading, but a decent portion size. I can’t diss it 100% though because my 13 year old nephew loves this stuff and can chow it down. The hot and sour soup that comes with it is perfect. I would come again, but probably try some other places in the area first.

This used to be one of our favorite Chinese restaurants, what happened? I decided to stop in for a quick lunch and boy, things have changed! The place is really showing it’s age, not that it’s a bad thing, but when it affects the quality of the food, then, it is! We used to love that the food here was always fresh, and cooked to perfection. The sweet and sour chicken was pretty much all batter and there is just too much soy sauce on the fried rice. The food is just not as good as it once was. I will say that the service was fantastic and they really are attentive and friendly. I’m sorry to say that although the service and value is great, the food just isn’t. Unilocal on!

This is a little«gem» right in my neighborhood. Don’t get it confused with Panda Express(right across the street). This is a little privately owned restaurant. I am a «hot & spicy» kind of guy. My favorite is the Twice Cooked Pork, but honestly, I have never had anything off their menu I didn’t like. Try the Sizzling Rice Soup or the Hot & Sour Soup. Both are to die for. Prices are exceptionally low for the quality. 100% a hidden gem in a strip mall. You might miss it if you are walking by too fast. My opinion is it is definitely worth a shot and you will not be disappointed. West Roseville in the house!
