Specialties
The Dailey Method® is a unique combination of ballet barre work, core conditioning, stretching, and orthopedic exercises.
This challenging one-hour class effectively strengthens, tones and lengthens the entire body. Light weights are utilized to define the upper body while mat and ballet barre work target the thighs, seat and abdominals. After each muscle group is worked, through high repetition using a small range of motion, it is alternately stretched to lengthen the muscles.

Business Owner
Stacey grew up playing years of sports and received a scholarship to play field hockey on The East Coast where she became a certified fitness instructor. Post College, still having a competitive edge, Stacey went on to compete in running races but wanted to find a workout to strengthen her core and lengthen her muscles. Stacey first found The Dailey Method as a way to cross-train, but then fell in love with The Dailey Method and noticed results in her body immediately. Stacey believes The Dailey Method is the best and most effective workout and is excited to share The Dailey Method workout with her new community in Northern California.
