I have been purchasing HVAC parts from Johnstone Supply for almost 20 years, and they consistently outperform their competition. They almost always have what I need, and if they happen to not have it, they make it a mission to get it ASAP. I also notice that their employee turnover rate is minuscule compared to the other supply houses in the metro area, so they must be doing something right with how they take care of their employees. I would be lost if Johnstone were not around, so kudos to them for doing it right! Give these guys a try if you are looking for an electric motor or any type of refrigeration or air conditioning part; you’ll be glad you did.

The guys at Johnstones are the best. How much do you spend there each month? I bet you are a homeowner, not a service company. I work for a licensed HVACR company and I spend 85k a month there, summer months way more. If I need a part after 6:00 pm they would do that to me, it’s called after hrs. The computers and phones are changed over by their corporate offices, nothing they can do to change the $ 50.00 fee. Why would they want to lose their jobs for you?

Arrived at location at 6:03pm on Wednesday evening to purchase an ignitor. Clerks were still in store closing up. I was told there’d be a $ 50 after hours charge because it was after 6:00. It would have taken only a few minutes to do the transaction. I would have been out in 5 minutes. Called Ed’s Supply to check their hours. My call apparently was forwarded to a cell phone. The gentleman had just left the store and was willing to turn around and go back to the store and sell me the ignitor. I was too far from the store to ask him to do that. I’ll buy it tomorrow. Guess where I’m going to buy it from tomorrow and all my H VAC parts from now on? Not Johnstone.
