Amy specializes in clinical massage therapy to treat and prevent injury and chronic pain.

Her main approach is to use modalities such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue, ART, PRT, PNF and active-​isolated stretching.

Using posture analysis and ROM (range of motion) testing enables her to determine the source of your pain and dysfunction.

Amy will empower you to play an active role in your healing process by developing a detailed treatment plan specific to your needs.

History

Established in 2004.

Amy received her intial training in Michigan where she quickly learned the benefits massage had on active people that she knew suffering from chronic pain. Since then she was very diligent in building her knowledge and skills in the clinical massage therapy field so that she was able to work with a variety of issues.

Amy’s Elite Massage focuses on orthopedic and rehabilitative therapy for injury treatment and prevention. Amy also offers a variety of spa techniques including facials and hot/​cold stone massage.

Amy will be offering massage therapy CEU courses in the summer of 2013.
