Do you like waiting at the doctor’s office or at the DMV? If you answered yes, then look no further. Even if you make an appointment you still wait. Don’t even think about doing a walk in. I’m only in my early stages of geezerhood (38)but just sitting there waiting, my back started hurting cuz they only have benches. At least the doctor’s office and DMV have some backrests. This place needs more workers. At least the rep who helped us, Chris, was very respectful and courteous. Hence, the second star. It’s not his fault this place is slow.

I’d avoid this AT&T store if possible. The first time I went there was a nice lady helping me but did not fully understand the details of various plans. Either that or she just lied to get my family to upgrade. I ended up having to pay an extra $ 20/​month because of her and calls to reach her went unanswered. How are you not going to own up to your mistakes and now the customer is left with the bill. It seems like employees will say anything and rush the transaction so they get their sale. The second time I went only because a friend said the service improved. Not the case. This lady definitely knew what she was talking about but she grew impatient when I needed to think about upgrading and kept pressuring me and my parents to decide. They really need to teach their employees about customer service here.

Love this tech support office for AT&T they know their stuff and go out of their way to give us exceptional customer service. If you are here ask for Caesar really knowledgeable, friendly and goes the extra step to make sure you are fully served. Thanks Caeser for all your help.

Customer service at this location is HORRIBLE. Workers were disrespectful, rude, & racist.

Told me it will be a half an hour wait and it has been almost an hour and half and still waiting. Rep went up to a walk in and started helping her while keeping us on the wait list waiting. I know they are usually busy but come on!

Worst service department, bought a Iphone 6s, 10 days ago, over heated and freeze up, toke it back for service, they reset it and send me home. Three times they should have exchange a new one for me, because, IPHONE 6 S has a problem of heated up, BUT all the people acted they don’t know,

Worst customer service. Ever.. Went in to go get my phone fixed because it wasn’t charging. Then their store manager Kelvin lied to my face that he exchanged my phone back in October which were all lies. I was sitting their as they where checking my phone and all they did was factory resetting it. They even told me that day that that was all they did and now their pathetic manager has the nerve to tell me he exchanged it for me.. . Gee thanks Kelvin for that great customer service! Not!!! Then. You guys wonder why you guys lose customers. . It just might be that customer service you offer cuz i was always. Given the run around with my phone that had problems since day 1. And took it in. Soooo ooo many. Times and was always given the run around until my warranty expired, then all they tell you is that they can offer you a new phone all you have to do is pay more money to them-​_​–

I have been an AT&T customer for a very long time. But honestly, it’s mostly due to this corporate store branch. When Cingular was absorbed into AT&T many years ago, there were a lot of service hiccups, but the great people at this location smoothed over those transitional bumps with ease. When one phone or another broke or I wanted the shiny model, I got great deals on replacements here. When my phone was stolen on New Years Eve, the people here made it better by getting me a new phone with a great price quickly, shutting down the stolen phone remotely so I avoided fraudulent charges and getting me out in time to enjoy my NYE celebrations.
But yesterday is what really got me to buckle down and write them a stellar review. I keep a glass screen protector on my phone, a brand which was recommended to me here, and they install it for me every time I need a new one. David spent an hour making sure that it was fitted perfectly straight, no dust or hairs caught under the glass, and even exchanged out the first one he put on because of imperfections and defects I didn’t notice until he showed me (which he rightly assumed I would have been pissed about when I finally did notice). The whole time he was solicitous and made sure I was comfortable while waiting and just super nice about making sure I was okay while he did an excellent job helping me out. He went above and beyond and I so appreciate that, as someone who works in customer service myself. I see some others feel they weren’t taken care of here, but that’s never been the case for me. Billing questions, upgrading phones or equipment, great new devices to help my mobile experience (they’re the ones who showed me what a mophie was), ideas on how to lower my bill — they’ve helped me with a friendly attitude time and time again. I don’t go anywhere else because they take such good care of me here. They explain everything they’re doing, they never change anything about my plan until I understand the consequences and give my permission, and are very honest about their recommendations. I highly recommend stopping in to this branch for any of your AT&T needs.

There’s a sales rep named MARILYN that sold my parents a packaged deal-​home phone, Internet, home security. She doesn’t know what she’s doing because she sold us internet from a company that doesn’t even cover our area. Once we found that out we canceled the work order for this packaged deal and later on our home phone isn’t working. We never authorized AT&T to contact our existing carrier. It’s been two weeks and we’ve been contacting AT&T and others to fix it every single day. This lady fucked everything up & made a huge mess. Don’t ever ask for her.

Want to give credit to shirley tai in this at&t store help us to went through the chaotic customer service and fixed a fraudulent charge over my account. We spent an hour on the line and we get nothing and Shirley direct us to contact the right number! Thanks Shirley for your time and help!

Great customer service! Every time I walk in the door there is someone always there to greet you and to see what your needs are. So I’ve been here several times whether it’s to get my phone repaired or upgrade service, you name it I’m in.
When I ordered my iPhone 6plus and I didn’t have an appointment to activate it I patiently waited and the wait time was about 15 minutes but the rep who assisted me went above and beyond to ensure that she answered all my questions and she even made sure to explain some of the new cool features on the iPhone. She made it feel very personable and not just sales rep customer which I could really appreciate because in times like these being treated as a person rather than just a number is quite important.
Kudos to the team and to the knowledgeable staff who makes phone shopping a breeze.

Awesome customer service! Nicolas helped myself and my Aunt out. We both upgraded to iphone 6 and he transferred everything from her old phone onto her new one and was very patient the entire time. He even connected her phone onto her cars Bluetooth. Dealing with a new phone is very stressful and time consuming but Nicolas was hands down the best rep I’ve ever dealt with.

Came to port over two T-​Mobile lines. They knew I’ve had some problems with my account and David and his manage Mike have been a tremendous help in clearing thing up.

WORST customer service experience ever! The manager Jason Du would not help my situation. I purchased an IPhone 6+ with 16 GB of memory on 1÷18÷15. I really wanted the 64GB though. The sales representative told me to come back in 2 weeks and I could upgrade to the 64 GB phone then. I went back today, 2 weeks later and was told I could not get the upgrade. The manager, Jason told me to call Customer Care because he wouldn’t be able to help me. I called AT&T Customer Care and they made a recommendation on my behalf. However, Jason still did not want to help me resolve my issue even after they received the recommendation from Customer Care. Thanks Rowland Heights AT&T store and manager for helping an AT&T customer for over 10 years decide to switch to Verizon after my contract is over.

I have been raving to friends and family about the wonderful, attentive service I got from two very patient AT&T sales consultants, Jazmin and Noemi, at this AT&T store! My old phone threw me into a panic when, after several other recent problems, it suddenly wouldn’t go on. I didn’t want to take any more chances so I went directly to this store and found Jazmin ready to help me out.
She very patiently answered EVERY question I had and never let on if she was getting tired of answering my questions, repeating the same information in ways that made sense to me. She even took the time to write up a comparison of rates so I could look at the information and make a decision. Because of this, I felt comfortable asking any additional questions I had always wondered about. What I most appreciated was that she made sure my new phone was fully functional before I walked out so I could begin to use it immediately. Unfortunately, I knew just enough to mess up the settings when I got home, later, so I headed back the next morning.
My good fortune continued when Noemi began to help me after a very minimal wait time. Not only was she very patient, but she also calmly and authoritatively gave me even more helpful answers and easily resolved my problem with the phone. As she explained an answer, she astutely talked me through the steps, so I’d be able to do them myself and not forget later. Because of the way she guided me, I told her she had the intuition of a good teacher when she showed she knew how to build up my confidence with this new phone. Any questions I had for her were thoroughly answered in an easy-​to-​understand manner, just as I had experienced with Jazmin. They both have my most sincere thanks and appreciation for all their help.

Trinidad, Noemi, Xavier and Jose have from day one given me hope that I’m not just another costumer buying a phone. They have always saved me from tech issues and remember both my fiancé and I with a family type greeting and professional service that has converted me from sprint to ATT. Keep up the great work.

Easily could have been a long wait. Luckily they noticed I just needed a quick SIM card replacement only. Actual time I was working on the sim was less than the wait. Took about 15 mins total Which was ok considering their multiple sales reps trying to up sell other people. The rep who helped me was nice and efficient. He tried to up sell me too, but that’s a part of this job so he did what he was trained. Will come back to this one if I need anything.

Normally I don’t have many good experiences at the AT&T in Buena Park that I usually go to. But they referred me to this one to get my phone fixed.
Josh, at the warranty/​repair center was really helpful and efficient. I had several problems with my phone, including problems with my service, charging port, and microphone, which he was able to successfully fix with no problem at all. And as a walk-​in without an appointment I was in and out in about a half hour. All of my problems are fixed and I am now a happy AT&T customer :)

Waiting time was long, around An hour, i was 7^th in line, 8−9pm wait.
David tehrani was excellently efficient though, done in 3 mins to get a sim! Good job david!
If not for the long wait, wouldve given my experience a 6, esp to david.
