Sprint Store

If you’re Looking to get info regarding sprint, do not waste your time by going here. They do NoT know what they are talking about. Spoke to 2 different employees, both in which gave us 2 different prices on the same plan! Also they said we could Not get the «iphone forever plan» due to some technicalities however we were able to get that plan by going to another Sprint store!!! By the way this is a 3^rd party sprint certified store theyre not legit sprint… They promised us that they will waive the activation fees but when it comes to paying time all of a sudden they couldnt do anything about it lol… Theyre a Joke. They got 5 employees in the damn store only 2 can help out customers… They got us to come back 45 mins later due to one employee is helping out another party when they got 3 other guys available. If you want to go to a Legit sprint store, go to the one in Covina CA, very helpful and knowlegible guys. No Bs like this place.

I went into the store to get assistance into activating a line. The girl helping me I believe she mentioned she was the manager named Jackie. To start off she was rude from the beginning. For being a manager she doesn’t have the qualities of being one. Her customer service was horrible from the beginning. As soon as I walked in she was on her cell phone. You can tell she was getting irritated and frustrated with my questions and concerns, she would raise her voice and try to talk over me. I found that to be rude and not a way to assist a customer. Was not very happy with her help at all. I decided to not even open the account and go to another sprint store for better help. Definitely not good customer service and definitely not going to her for any more help.
