Come here almost every week to pickk up my favorite flavor crawlie tuesday by vape 7 daze. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Very knowledgeable on their products and services. They have a wide selection of juices and wide selection of devices. If you need help on choosing a product don’t hesitate to ask. Plaza gets busy at night, so do come in the early day so its easy find parking. Overall its one of the best shops i have been too and its my go to vape shop in the area!

Ordered 2 day shipping from their website on June 23^rd, they ship it June 27^th wtf? Never buying from them again.

Been here a few times, last time I bought the Cubis tank and 0.5 replacement coils. NONE of the replacement coils worked with the kubis, it fits, it kinda fires, then it shoots hot juice to your mouth. The only coils that work are the ones that come with the Tank itself. Beware! Cubis tank works great, but they DO NOT HAVE WORKING REPLACEMENT COILS!

Worst experience ever. I paid $ 40.00 for a pen that was defective. The connection was poor and the USB port was bent and almost impossible to connect. I bought it on Thursday on my way back to Los Angeles and brought it back on Saturday for an exchange (not a return) and they told me they would have to return it to the manufacturer. Ugh… lesson learned! This is definitely not Los Angeles
One month later and they’ve never called. I’m just out $ 50.00

Great info thanks Will for taking the time to help us find the right stuff for us and for cleaning, putting new coils and refilling out tanks with the new yummy juice we picked out. When you walk into a vape shop as someone that works in the industry, you have certain hopes and expectations. For me, customer service and product knowledge are a must. This shop definitely had that for me.
I’m visiting from NorCal and wanted to check out shops around the area. Visited a couple before this and was very disappointed. However, when I walked in, I was immediately greeted and was asked what I was looking for. I told them I was looking for juice so they showed me the menu and asked me what flavors I liked. Provided testers to sample and never hesitated to offer another flavor. Customer service, CHECK.
I asked what flavors would I maybe not find in NorCal. Immediately suggested local brands and new flavors they just picked up. I also asked about their testers (using Melos vs. Standard T3S/​pro tanks). They responded with pros/​cons and how their transition was from the previous ones. Product knowledge, CHECK.
Loved my time here (even tho it was less than 15 minutes). Would definitely recommend to all vapers, beginners to veterans alike.

A vape shop with the widest juice selections ever! Workers are super friendly and willing to help you with any questions you may have.
If you are shopping for a new mod and want a variable voltage, you should come here, they have a large selection.
Overall, one of my favorite spots to go for your vaping needs.

i always come here for juice, but was my first time getting a coil rebuild since i usually vape from a tank until my tank started leaking and i went back to a drip tip. a girl with glasses did my rebuild and so far, its the best rebuild. i can take good lung hits without getting the taste of burnt cotton. i’ll deff be returning for my rebuilds

From the la area, came down for training for work purpose and I Unilocaled the nearest vape shop and fond clearmist.
I was in desperate need for a cotton change and some menthol juice.
The area of establishment was very nice, well put together and I felt very comfortable coming in.
I was helped by this beautiful woman named Sophia, not only did she give me excellent service, she was very attentive and recommended me the juice I needed on the first try.
Sophia catered to all my needs and was very professional! Not to mention a sweetheart as well.
Now I know where to come back when I’m in the area.

I’m not familiar with the plethora of information associated with vaping, yet there are no pretentious salespeople in this shop that turn their nose up at my lack of knowledge. The young staff here is not only knowledgable, but courteous and down to earth. Won’t try another shop.

clearmist has been my go to vape store for a few reasons. Not only do they have a wide selection of quality juices and great vape devices but the customer service is amazing! The staff are all very friendly and helpful, espcially Linda, Kevin, Will, Eric, and Sarah! Dont be afraid to ask for recommendations!

That unicorn blood! I travel about 30 mins to the shop because vape shops near me do not carry it.

Wow! Everyone in here was so kind! No judgement or high pressure sales. Everyone, even the customers were all precious! They had some e-​cigs on sale I was going to buy one of those until they gave one that they were clearing out for free for us to try! How sweet is that!
They understand how hard it is to be a lifelong smoker and try to quit. they were kind to us and very professional.
They even have temp end thingies that allow you to try a flavor while in the shop.
So ladies even if you dont vape or e cig whatever its called…, you have to come in just to look at the eye candy alone! You woulnt regret it! Gorgeous guys, good explanation, easy shopping and genuine caring people in here. You guys saved me and my hubby so much stress and made my whole weekend!!!

My mod Eleal istick 50w is broken due to defect so I took it back to clearmist Vape off of Colima and Fullerton, where I bought it with the receipt and on it said 90 day warranty, it is still within warranty I only asked for a swap out and they refused my service. From the moment I walked in, I was asked how can I help you? In which I responded my mod isn’t working properly, the girl immediately responded defensively all sales are final. I said, it’s ok I have my receipt for it and it states a 90 day warranty. I purchased it on march 27 2015 and it was June 20 2015. She started shaking her leg rapidly and getting upset. A guy that worked there came over I asked him to take my atty and put it on his digital mod and it will read .5 ohm and then put it on my mod and it reads 1.5 omh there is a short circuit. He went back and forth test all of his atty on my mod and went back to the girl and said something. They came back and told me that it wasn’t defective because it still fires. All I wanted was a swap out, even money.
I will never shop here again and I hope you won’t either. Thank you
P. S. I took my money to Vape Ever After and bought a new Mod it is off of Hacienda Blvd. Or E cig city off of gale! They will go out of their way to treat you right!

Large juice selection and workers are friendly, however, the store policy needs some improvement.
I bought an EvicSupreme from the store, used it for the longest time with a Lemo tank, was perfect until I shattered the entire tank unit.
Fast forward to now, I bought an Ego One from the store as a replacement for the EvicSupreme.
Bought it on 7÷8÷15 with receipt, the unit’s leaking like crazy and somehow battery dies after one day use. Went back to the store on 7÷14÷15 to explain the problem, was told the store does not offer any exchange or refunds. Somehow was explained by every worker there just how «Normal» it is for the device to behave this way.
«Oh it’s leaking? Oh they all do that.» «Oh it leaks in a weird way? You must of put it under the sun…» «Oh it’s not acting right? Must be your fault» Essentially, every problem you bring up to the store about the product is a potential thing that «You» caused yourself…
No, I have not done anything to the device other than kept pressing the On button and charging it when it’s out of battery. After like 6 days of usage, the unit just leaks all over with a battery that won’t hold charge up to a single day.
Left the battery there for them to «Test», was told to pick it up after one day. I’m still dealing with a half working, half non-​working Ego One as of today.
Best they can do, is just send your «ALLEGED» broken device back to the manufacturer to let them sort out the warranty for you.
Come on guys… I’ve spent like literally thousands of dollars at the store. Bought EvicSupreme, bought 2 to 3 Lemo tanks, bought countless juices and now a Ego One. Why would I walk into the store and lie about breaking a device that cost $ 60 compared to the last device I bought from you for $ 159.99?
Couldn’t deal with not having a device while the Ego One was down, bought a replacement Lemo tank from the store instead. This is my 3^rd Lemo tank at the store by the way…
When I bought it, I was so frustrated with the Ego One, I just wanted a working device. So I thought I’d just cough up the money and get another Lemo 1 tank which worked so well for me in the past. Oh boy, was I wrong. The Lemo 1 tank I got that day was a display sample, the only one left in the store. I took a risk, bought it anyway, only to find out that the tank doesn’t work with the EvicSupreme device, every time you put the tank on, it’ll say Atomizer is too short.
Went back to the place again now to fix the Lemo 1, changed out the entire bottom portion of the tank, the Lemo is still broken, EvicSupreme cannot be used saying Atomizer is too short and I’m left with a half broken Ego One.
Wish Kat the owner is there more often, so she can really take care of the customers instead of having the hourly workers push the good customers away based on small misunderstandings.

Very unsatisfied with the service. I was sold a clone mod, thinking that it was real and was not able to return it after I purchased it. I was given the impression that the mod was real even though the sales person knew it wasn’t. Furthermore, it was later revealed by the same sales person that she knew that the mod i bought often has firing complications (the vape would fire in your pocket and has a catchy firing mechanism). Upon discovery that the clone was a fake and wasn’t in proper functioning condition, I tried to return but couldn’t. The sales person told me that there was a no return policy after I had purchased the vape. I thought the sales person was really shady despite the obvious issues with the vape.

Found this place here on Unilocal and was immediately welcomed in by Jeremy. He even stayed late to help me out since I am in sales myself and get off work late sometimes. He was patient enough to let my try some flavors and talk mod tech with me. I am most impressed with the CUSTOMER SERVICE that is offered here.
HUGE Selection of Juices and Jeremy actually knows his flavors, unlike most places that just throw a tester at you.
When it comes to mods there is no shortage of selection, knowledge or know how here. Jeremy and Kevin are the guys to go in and see!

Clean, modern and the customer service is great! I am not a crazy vapor person, but I get the bare-​minimum I have the starter ego-​cc vape and have 1 – 2 different juices on hand, never more than that. I purchased my vape here and it came out to be around $ 50.00 (which is the normal price) I also purchased a juice here and it was $ 18.00 that is probably the most I’ve ever spent on juice, and that will definitely be the last. I know they have other juices for less, so I will definitely try those next time.
Compared to other vape shops, its a kind of bright… not that it really matters, but wanted to add that in…
OH ya– also, I just learned that they no longer sell 6mg nicotine juices instead 4mg. It actually works for me, so thats a plus– lowering down the nicotine dosage.
This is the vape shop that will be my go-​to-​stop since the service is great, its clean and its fairly local to me, not sure if you should stop by here if you live far not that much of a «Wow» I must come here, but it works for me since I live locally :)

They have a large menu of ejuice from several brands. Clean and modern-​looking. The day I went, I got their Lemonade Stick in 0mg for $ 7.99 and Fuzion Endless in 15 ml for $ 12.
The girl who helped my was nice. She gave me plenty of ejuices on what I wanted to try. They do take card.
